Fun fact, if you left click and right click at the same time, you can replace a block. This doesn't violate your rules for the first challenge, so I claim a technical victory.
First of all, you can throw an egg on yourself. No cheating - you get chickens. Im not sure, but you can get more chickens by using spawn eggs on them. My second idea - an enderman. If you could place a shulker on your chickens, maybe you could spawn an enderman that will place a block on the shulker. Third - you can technicly swap the overworld file in your world folder. But depends on how you count it you can use the saved hot bar to command items, but i dont see how it is useful...
@@TermiBS7791 nope you can, and also you endermen need to get blocks for them to p^lace anything, you can't place a shulker on a chicken and the endermen don't place blocks on shulkers so the 2nd idea is false
for the first one use the snowman spawn egg to get snow layer, or put a shulker next to the block and use saved hotbar to get a enderman holding a block and make it stand on the shulker and wait for enderman to place block, or with saved hotbar get a falling-block spawn egg, spawn the entity on the block, and it turns to block. and you can have your friend give you the things to put in your save hotbar so you dont need to type any commands
Firstly, can't you hit yourself with the egg by throwing it straight up? no cheating necessary. chicken is a good start, you can spawn other mobs against it. Don't know where that brings you though, some mob might spawn something good. Since they added snow golem spawn eggs, does the snow then spawn? Dunno, I'd need to check.
For the one block you can put water beside the block as it counts as fluid and not a block and put a Lily pad on the water which does count as a block.
I also figured out how to spawn a chicken. But I couldn‘t do anything with it, so I came here to see the brilliant solution… I honestly expected a much different one
In tweakero mod you can turn on ANGEL BLOCK tweak so you can place blocks in the air. It is client side mod so it can be technically counted. Thats all what I can think of with my tiny brain.
All of my solutions (for the harder one because the easy one is insanely easy): 1. Right after you break the last block in the world, crash the game. Since the game never saved, you technically got a block from nothing. 2. Wait for an insane amount of time until the right bits flip on your computer (because of a Science thingy) and a block could possibly appear. (If you put radioactive things near your computer it might speed this up.) 3. (I am not sure if this would work) Create a hotbar worth of high-data books. Save this to one of your creative mode saved hotbar thingys. Now go very high up. (Like a million blocks or something). Now, throw as many books as possible. If this doesn’t chunkban you, it might reset the chunk to natural terrain. If you do this in spawn chunks in a void world, the stone might regenerate. 4. If you have a friend online in the end/nether just use f3 + f4 to go into spectator mode and tp to them. There might be blocks there? 5. Replace the world file with another one lol. 6. Use a mod or hacks to place blocks. 7. (Prob is 100% impossible) Do the thing scicraft did to get command blocks in survival but use entities instead of blocks? 8. Use a different world. 9. Have a friend or alt on and have them use commands. 10. Use console on a server instead of commands in game. 11. Hallucinate a block. 12. Load the world in a update after caves and cliffs like 1.18 or 1.19 and the change your game to 1.17 or before (but not too far back), and hopefully the stone will regenerate or natural terrain will? 13. just don’t. Those are all of the ways I thought of. Most of these are either impractical or just impossible, but some of them (like #12) would possibly work. Also the easy version of the puzzle is too ez. (Unless you can’t pick what block you start with.)
@@KwikBR there were no rules saying I couldn’t do that. Example: How to win (almost) every paper airplane contest. 1. Crumple the paper into a ball. 2. Throw it as far as you can / at the targets.

Another solution: have an egg with nbt data that spawns a commandblock in a minecart which will execute a setblock command, technically that one doest make you use commands, just an egg. Also you can make the egg collide yourself by throwing it right ahead of you which will make it land on your head, this way you don't need alt accounts
You can just place a choker and since they doesn't count as a block but empty or mob then you can just place a block on that and then boot police blocks
Solution 1) Let us look at the riddle :"You are at the middle of nowhere. How you can place a block without any commands?". So if the person asking is he 1st person(twifies) andthe person he is asking is 2nd person (me) then the third person (probably your friend) can use commands and then I can place the block on that particular block placed by my friend. Now you can't use alt account because technically alt is you so it is 2nd person. There only one thing I can think of to solve this riddle and that is calling your friend. Hence mystery solved. I will try to figure out more technical solutions. Solution 2) You can also use scaffold hack.
No, if you upgrade an old world to the deepslate version (1.18 if I'm correct) it will convert bedrock to deepslate AND generate from -64 to 0 ONLY if there was a block a y=1
I tried throwing eggs on my head then grabbing them with a lead but couldn’t get passed that lol - I didn’t know if commands counted as part of creative as they’re a specific option in their own right (Allow cheats) also because if they are allowed you could just summon ina. For the first one, you could just let your friend join and have them place the block, because you specifically said that “YOU” couldn’t place a block lol
In older versions of Minecraft fences didn’t connect to the stone block, visually it wasn’t touching the block. That means that we could place a fence next to the stone block in an older version, it would then appear to be floating.
a third solution to the first one: place water on the bottom or sude and then place lava on top, or vice versa edit cuz i forgor 💀💀: then place another block in that cobblestone/obsidian, u never placed a block on the 6 faces, the game did
I had an idea if getting a wither to kill the chicken and place a wither rose but it has 2 problems first of all the wither don't place wither roses but drop then and you cant spawn the wither
Why not throw eggs at a thrown tridant and throw eggs at it then tie up the chickens with the lead and place boats on top of the chicken then spawn a shulker on the boat then quickly place a block on the side of the shulker. (note: this might take a few attempts but I think it's possible) (other note: I havent tested this yet)
I tried this. For riddle 1, I spawned a snow golem and placed lava and water on the sides of the snow carpet to make obsidian I gave up on the 2nd riddle after I spawned some chickens and an ender mite
I couldn't come up with anything. The only mobs you can have existent, though, are phantoms, chickens, and endermites by throwing enderpearls at the chickens. You can also have lingering potions existent, but I don't know what to do with them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My idea for the one with a single block is a loophole: Step 1: Spawn a shulker on the block (It's an entity, NOT a block) Step 2: Place a block on the shulker
Easier version; using some online generator get an egg that summons an armourstand thats being ridden by another armourstand that is being ridden by a shulker that is being ridden by another armourstand that is being ridden by a falling block entity that lands on the shulker becoming a block. Harder version; You say no commands, but you dont say no hacked clients, so i get on meteor and use airplace to place a block in the air. Honestly tho, spam chicken eggs up in the sky untill someone hits you, then use the egg from before while looking at the chicken (make sure the egg is a chicken_spawn_egg for it to work)
there are some blocks that act as entities like shulker boxes and chests. These are different from blocks, despite looking and functioning like one. so you place a shulker box next to the block, and place another block next to the shulker box, same thing with a chest
if I'm not mistaken you can place blocks on shulkers, so for the first riddle you can just spawn a shulker on the block and then place a block on the shulker.
I saw this video a while ago and thought of it again and wanted to see if anyone found a method, before the latest release, I was sad to find no other creators attempting as far as Im aware. However in the latest release, the puzzle has been made super easy due to the new potions
Something could possibly be done relative to chorus fruit or ender pearls. It's fairly certain that one of them (maybe both) have a chance of spawning an endermite. Although, if chickens are useless, endermites probably are too. Just a thought.
You might be able to generate a void world in some version, but if you make switch versions to a version that didn't have the void world, and then re-logged, Minecraft won't recognize it might generate a new world.
My thought process: Summon a chicken by throwing eggs upwards. Wait for a thunderstorm and then throw a trident enchanted with Channeling onto the chicken. This will cause lightning to strike the chicken. The lightning strike should create one or more fire blocks. But sadly, as it turns out, the fire does not get set, if there is no block nearby. Not even for a single game tick.
To solve the first riddle i have a genius plan. Use a carpet to place a block onto. Since the carpet isnt a full block its technically not a disqualification. Or just use a tile entity. Also not technically a block. You're welcome

@@hideralduhami you have the full creative inventory so you can pull enchanted items from saved hotbars very easily, and I don't think it would be unfair to use /enchant or /give in this scenario as the experiment is just a hypothetical test, it's better than spawning portals anyway lol
1st riddle: just click both of the buttons on youre mouse when youre looking at the one block
There’s a setting where you can get a op tab in the creative menu and maybe use structure void
Edit: you could use any block from the op tab or a hot bar saved.
You can use the saved hotbar from a different world to get it
@@maxxusx oh
the only solution for the hard version I can think of without version switching and whatnot requires a water block to spawn
if you could just get ONE water block, you can use frost walker and make ice. unfortunately that's not possible to my knowledge
for the first riddle, if you click really fast with sand you could place another one before it falls. now it would be touching the side of the block, but then again it's also a falling entity, not really a block ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
While sand is a falling entity it isn't placeable.
possible solution to the second puzzle: edit your minecraft world to spawn a bonus chest
Fun fact, if you left click and right click at the same time, you can replace a block. This doesn't violate your rules for the first challenge, so I claim a technical victory.
Maybe if Minecraft would have add tuff golem, it could place blocks so we could somehow take that to our advantage!
Or maybe then turn into blocks when they deactivate
First of all, you can throw an egg on yourself. No cheating - you get chickens. Im not sure, but you can get more chickens by using spawn eggs on them.
My second idea - an enderman. If you could place a shulker on your chickens, maybe you could spawn an enderman that will place a block on the shulker.
Third - you can technicly swap the overworld file in your world folder. But depends on how you count it
you can use the saved hot bar to command items, but i dont see how it is useful...
Also quick correction you cannot throw eggs on yourself in creative if you are talking about creative mode
@@TermiBS7791 nope you can, and also you endermen need to get blocks for them to p^lace anything, you can't place a shulker on a chicken and the endermen don't place blocks on shulkers so the 2nd idea is false
save hotbar is useful so you can put blocks in endermin
for the first one use the snowman spawn egg to get snow layer, or put a shulker next to the block and use saved hotbar to get a enderman holding a block and make it stand on the shulker and wait for enderman to place block, or with saved hotbar get a falling-block spawn egg, spawn the entity on the block, and it turns to block. and you can have your friend give you the things to put in your save hotbar so you dont need to type any commands
You mentioned “ Going into survival mode”, meaning the uses of commands are available, and that opens a whole can of worms.
Just have gamemode be considered an exception
f3 + f4 keybind switches gamemodes (added in 1.16)
@@iron4537Nice catch
6:04 Maybe go to the world border, I'm pretty sure you can place blocks on it.
You can't :(
I think the last solution works if you are able to somehow downgrade your world or actrually have a void world.
I also figured out how to spawn a chicken. But I couldn‘t do anything with it, so I came here to see the brilliant solution…
I honestly expected a much different one
Use the chunk regenerarion glitch by throwing a ton of high data books into the air then save and quiting
but if it's a void world it would just regen into more void
@@maximumg99if you do it in the center it might regenerate the stone platform and it'd work if yoy just removed everything with worldedit or something
The answer came in today’s April fools update with the addition of the floatator block
Can you spawn mobs on other mobs? If so, you could potentially spawn a shulker on a chicken
I think you can
@@scissorbanner9735 No.
can't place blocks on a living shulker
In tweakero mod you can turn on ANGEL BLOCK tweak so you can place blocks in the air. It is client side mod so it can be technically counted. Thats all what I can think of with my tiny brain.
You can go to a different world, make a command book thing with /setblock put it in the bookmark thing and boom.
cant place it
@@randomclips9715 You could use that one glitch that makes you go in two worlds at once, but they have to be servers.
That would require cheats as when you click on the text in the book it just makes you run the command yourself
I FINALLY FOUND IT AGAIN YESSSSSSSSSSS
also the new Weaving potion almost does it but it only places cobwebs on top of other blocks :(
Can you place blocks on the world border? If so, that would technically not be cheating. I would just take a long time to get there.
No, you can't. It's kind of annoying actually.
Go to the folder of minecraft and then you can make it so that the limit is 200 mb then rejoin the game and done, without interacting with the game!
All of my solutions (for the harder one because the easy one is insanely easy):
1. Right after you break the last block in the world, crash the game. Since the game never saved, you technically got a block from nothing.
2. Wait for an insane amount of time until the right bits flip on your computer (because of a Science thingy) and a block could possibly appear. (If you put radioactive things near your computer it might speed this up.)
(Unless you can’t pick what block you start with.)
all of those are cheating lol
@@KwikBR there were no rules saying I couldn’t do that.
Example:
How to win (almost) every paper airplane contest.
1. Crumple the paper into a ball.
2. Throw it as far as you can / at the targets.
@@SmartGamer1234 you could go into a world competition and even if theyhave no rules for that you would still be disqualified, with those rules why not just make a paper plane, run along with it in your hand until you win
you use a floatator in the april fools 2024 snapshot and just click (since you can place floatators midair)
Another solution: have an egg with nbt data that spawns a commandblock in a minecart which will execute a setblock command, technically that one doest make you use commands, just an egg. Also you can make the egg collide yourself by throwing it right ahead of you which will make it land on your head, this way you don't need alt accounts
still technically commands
@@KwikBR Mmmh yeah but not directly ig
go to minecraft education, press 'c' to enter the code menu, than code it so that it places a block
In the easier example, you can use snowgolem spawn eggs and they will place snow for you.
Where do you place a snow golem tho?
@@BinxCraft On the block you're given, since they specified the easier version where you start out with a single block.
@@BinxCraft
1.20 snapshots added snow golem spawn eggs.
Snow layer isn't a block
@@youssefchihab1613 they are?
If you can "bring an alt" cant you bring a shulker or a chest (both being considered entities as the alt) and connect a box with that?
How about generating the world from a version where the bedrock was at y=0, and upgrade it to one at y=-64? Will it generate the deepslate layer?
No, if you upgrade an old world to the deepslate version (1.18 if I'm correct) it will convert bedrock to deepslate AND generate from -64 to 0 ONLY if there was a block a y=1
So if i set my starting stone block on y=1 it will generate 64 deepslate after upgrading version?
@@Fero_36 Sounds like it
But my answer does not solve the second riddle then :(
In the first riddle, if you click both mouse buttons at the same time, it will break the old block and place a new one in the same place
I tried throwing eggs on my head then grabbing them with a lead but couldn’t get passed that lol - I didn’t know if commands counted as part of creative as they’re a specific option in their own right (Allow cheats) also because if they are allowed you could just summon ina. Block which is definitely out of the question, so I didn’t use them but that’s as far as I got
In snapshot 24w14a, you can actually place the block floatato on air, so you can solve both puzzles with this method.
For the first one, you could just let your friend join and have them place the block, because you specifically said that “YOU” couldn’t place a block lol
how do the place the block tho
@@MAML_ the first riddle has a block alr placed
For the first riddle, you could left and right click with a block at the same time (replacing the smooth stone block) and that way get another block
In older versions of Minecraft fences didn’t connect to the stone block, visually it wasn’t touching the block. That means that we could place a fence next to the stone block in an older version, it would then appear to be floating.
a third solution to the first one: place water on the bottom or sude and then place lava on top, or vice versa
edit cuz i forgor 💀💀: then place another block in that cobblestone/obsidian, u never placed a block on the 6 faces, the game did
Can you place blocks on the world border? If so that would work for the second one.
nope, it's the kind of ghost wall you can't walljump on in mario
my solution to the hard problem:
take any version, then move back a version to corrupt the world and here you go, you have a normal world generation
I had an idea if getting a wither to kill the chicken and place a wither rose but it has 2 problems first of all the wither don't place wither roses but drop then and you cant spawn the wither
Can you spawn a wither by right-clicking on the chicken with a wither spawn egg?
i mean how are you gonna spawn a wither?
@@korin9269 spawn egg
@@IllagerRaids there are no "wither spawn eggs" in the creative menu, you need commands to access them.
@@korin9269 Nope there are, it's a new feature, same as ender dragon spawn eggs
Why not throw eggs at a thrown tridant and throw eggs at it then tie up the chickens with the lead and place boats on top of the chicken then spawn a shulker on the boat then quickly place a block on the side of the shulker.
(note: this might take a few attempts but I think it's possible)
(other note: I havent tested this yet)
I'd give up and just use World Edit
How are u everywhere
I tried this. For riddle 1, I spawned a snow golem and placed lava and water on the sides of the snow carpet to make obsidian
I gave up on the 2nd riddle after I spawned some chickens and an ender mite
I hit the eggs on my own head btw
Wifies is probably my favorite RUclipsr
You can just use the weaving effect
This is a really interesting riddle, but I'm too dumb to be able to solve it
I couldn't come up with anything. The only mobs you can have existent, though, are phantoms, chickens, and endermites by throwing enderpearls at the chickens. You can also have lingering potions existent, but I don't know what to do with them.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
*Kenadian joined the game*
if you throw the egg straight up, it could also hit you (an entity with a hitbox)
5:40 ,btw if you didn't know in the new mc updates theres a new feature (you can find it in the mc logs) if you press alt + f4 you can now place the new cherry blossom planks in the void. I can't wait to use this new feature!
Edit: Wifies can back me up on this
ReALly I nEeD tO try tHat!
Wow it worked! I also became notch.
Omg that's so cool didn't see that in the patch notes. Can't believe it actually works!
lol i thought you guys were joking untill it worked
My idea for the one with a single block is a loophole:
Step 1: Spawn a shulker on the block (It's an entity, NOT a block)
Step 2: Place a block on the shulker
FEZ background respect ++
Riddle one easy destroy and place at the same time
You can just land an egg on your own head. You don't need alts.
Wifies feels like the Kahn Academy of Minecraft
For the one block void, use a water bucket on the block since it’s not a block then use a lava bucket on the water
if you are in the end and the end is only void, you can kill the ender dragon and it will spawn an end gateway
1. play bedrock
2. find a snowy biome (biomes do generate in void worlds)
3. get a shulker enemy somehow?
4. wait for snow
5. profits
You might be able to generate a void world in some version, but if you make switch versions to a version that didn't have the void world, and then re-logged, Minecraft won't recognize it might generate a new world.
My solution to the first riddle was placing water on the top and adding a Lilly pad and building of the lily pad
My thought process:
Summon a chicken by throwing eggs upwards. Wait for a thunderstorm and then throw a trident enchanted with Channeling onto the chicken. This will cause lightning to strike the chicken. The lightning strike should create one or more fire blocks. But sadly, as it turns out, the fire does not get set, if there is no block nearby. Not even for a single game tick.
you wouldn’t be able to enchant the trident without a block or commands
To solve the first riddle i have a genius plan.
Use a carpet to place a block onto. Since the carpet isnt a full block its technically not a disqualification. Or just use a tile entity. Also not technically a block. You're welcome
how to make blocks appear on thin air:
1) downgrade versions in order to corrupt the world
2) and there you have it! corrupted chunks , atleast that's something
My strategy for the first one was the click both buttons with a block in my hand
change the world folder content to make the world have a block somewhere, (If you know what you are doing ofc)
If you can somehow get a water source block, you can place a lily pad on it. The question is how?
