    I know it's a sin but I just chop the bone. Without the bone is way more easier to make it fit in the bag and in the sous vide pool

    Question? I've heard from other reviews that when you use a propane touch to sear, you get a Propane/gas taste to the meat- Is this true?

      @@frizzy5886actually the blue flame is optimal. The orange flame gives it a sooty propane flavor.

    Is it not a food safety hazard that the bone is sticking out the water bath? The temp on the bone is in the danger zone
