Been on a binge watching your videos, started by watching the RMC one the other day. What I like about your channel so far is the dry Scottish humour, your honesty and you're not showing off. I just find some other channels tend to go a bit over the top. They get really excited for certain parks and particular rides that really aren't that great. It always makes me wonder in the back of my mind, are they doing that to get in the parks good books to get free admission or invites? Really enjoying your content so far, I also like Scott's channel Your Experience Guide. Those lads are the same, what you see is what you get. Keep up the great work mate.

Hello! I’m from Blackpool and the way you speak about the pleasure beach fondly brings back many happy memories. I’m not a massive rollercoaster fan as I’m a bit of a scaredy-cat but I do have some favourites. Your channel is relatable and reminds me of home, so thank you, Chris ☺️

An inspirational and honest story which really resonates. After growing up Yorkshire and moving up to Scotland in the 90s I used to really miss my parks and took some mad trips from Kirkcaldy to Alton Towers, once holding up the coach back as we got carried away queueing for a night ride on Nemesis during one of the fireworks events. Didn't go down well with the bus driver... After a bit of a park hiatus I am now back exploring my enthusiastic tendancies with a fabulous friend and now Pleasure Beach is also my home park. Absolutey love it and the memories from when i visited with my family back in the day are amazing. As a similar aged guy i think its amazing what you are achieving with your channel and unlike you if it was me I would be ditching my current job and going with this full time 😂Love your style of videos and wishing you all the best. And surely a press launch is imminent?

Great video, when I was a kid I didn't really go to themeparks it was literally hastings once a year with my parents, I was taken to chessington and alton towers once in the late 80's, wasn't until I had kids and got a merlin pass I caught the bug, then I broke up with my daughters mum, met fiona and she had the same passion for themeparks and zoo's etc then I thought I want to try youtube and nearly two years now didn't think anyone would watch our video's lol but it's amazing as ypu grow people find your channel and interact it's fun and gives you a warmth inside that people want to watch the next video and ask were your going next, now I can't imagine going to a park or anywere without the go pro it now and extension of my arm I'm sure it's the same for you

I like your honesty and lets be honest there isnt many Scottish Enthusiasts we are a small bunch up here! For a laugh you should show what we have here in Scotland, M&Ds has just won an award (I dont know how) and cadonas doesnt actually look to bad up in Aberdeen.

Ha! I’m from Scotland, work in Edinburgh, and have a degree in Physics as well! Only difference is I class Alton as my home park as that’s where I went most growing up 😃

I absolutely love your story. Someone at work today said they are to of for coasters coz I asked them to come to BPB with me. I laughed and said you really don't know what your missing. I think my love and sense of needing to push my boundaries of coasters has evolved over the last 5 years. I used to pussy out at the station on a few coasters in my early 20s. My 20s and 30s until now I've been parenting and working. Now my kids are much older.. I'm now starting to really enjoy what life I've got left. Follow your dreams CD! My kids don't like coasters which is a shame... to much screen time maybe.. i dunno but it doesn't mean I can't go solo. Really enjoyed this video. X

Your story isn't that different from mine. I'm a little further north that you in Fife so my closest is also Blackpool & probably my first followed by Alton. The coaster bug really got me when I rode the Coca Cola Rollercoaster at the 1988 Glasgow Garden Festival. I've managed a few parks over the years but me & daughter (now 20) do an annual park tour when possible. New to your videos but enjoying them. 👍
