I already used the trial version in my PC, now NVIVO saying you cannot use another trial from the same PC.

Once you have utilized the NVivo free trial on your computer, subsequent access to another trial or any other free trial license within the same operating system becomes unavailable. To initiate another trial, it is necessary to install a fresh copy of the operating system accompanied by a valid license.

Each time I tried to activate it there is a tap says "A valid license for NVivo has not been supplied. The application will now exist". I don't know what is the problem with it 😣

@@DoctorSQ Thank you for your response, but I have already logged in for a free trial license, and I have an active subscription. However, when I click on Assigned Licenses, it says "no Licenses found for the selected acount" 🙁. I contacted their customer support, but there is no response. That'swhy, I try to figure it out myself.
It shouldn't behave the way it currently is. Try signing up again with a different account, then use that account to sign in and see if it works.
