Vauxhall Opel Zafira b oil change

Hi there,
Many thanks for the tutorial. I have a 59plate zaffy and am going to do my first ever oil change by myself😱 my question is, did the sump washer come with the oil filter or did you het it separately?

Really glad it helped, if you get a genuine filter from a dealer, then they usually come with it. I have a stack in my garage. Might be worth buying a pack of them, if you’re likely to be doing it in the future.

@@drivewaydiyer6504 oil change was a success and even done the plugs as well🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉 i bought a stack of sump washers as you said for future oil changes. Enjoyed it lots and saved a few pennies🙌 thanks again mate.

what year is this zafira? only asking as my 2001 looks to have a canister filter!

Sounds like yours is a Zafira A, which had a canister filter. Just replace the canister filter and the rest of the oil change is the same. Good luck.👍👍

I thought zafira b sump plug size was t45,

Could be , sump plugs get swapped out, they very seldom have the original. So you could be right. 👍
