Hey mate, i'm Allister, i'm Malaysian FYI. Have you ever visit "Borneo"? The other part of Malaysia? Try to visit Kota Kinabalu. Kota Kinabalu so called as another different enviroment that is way more open minded then the other part of Malaysia. I am a pure borneo guy, when we see people or tourist kissing on public, we won't mind them, because they have they own right to do it. Don't worry about it. Speaking about alcohol , you can get more places to drink and having fun here. Because borneo people love Beer! When i said love, we really do love beer so much. You can always talk about anything to us when it comes to making conversation. I hope Borneo(Sabah) will be at your next to-do list.

Thank you so much for the clips of London :’) my trip to London w my family was the last holiday trip for my late mother and this just brings back memories!
Actually not really. It's easy to find alcohol here. Just go to any supermarket or even 7Eleven and you can get yourself some. In fact some alcohol beverages here are significantly cheaper than its origin country because we have a full functioning factory of Guiness, Carlsberg etc here. Thing is, don't take alcohol in muslim loaded area, especially their restaurant. That's disrespectful. Night life here is probably not the biggest thing, you can't compare us to Singapore, Tokyo, Bangkok or Manila, but well there are clubs like Trec, Six or Zouk. Zouk is placed as one of the best night club in Asia by edmdroid.com. Do not show affections in public. Whatever your sexuality, whatever race and religion you are. It's not like people will beat you up, it's just not part of our culture. People be staring. Food? Well, it's okay to criticise, but don't go overboard. People be hating. Especially on social media.
I hope you’re not trying to promote 7E beers though... just remind the non muslim foreigner that they can get beers at 7E but dont ever drink it on the street or while driving in Malaysia!
Malaysians are fine with you saying honest opinions of our food. We just don't like foreigners saying it's shit or compare it with their own dishes. Basically if you don't like it, just say you don't like it, don't insult it.
Thanks to all for visit malaysia......im also really like to see tourist learn our culture,in malaysia we are one....no racist....love you guys from malaysia....
I live in London but I used to live in malaysia throughout my childhood cuz my parents went there for business. I pray so badly I get the chance to move back there, the community, life style, weather and everything else is to die for Urgh I’m so sad I don’t live there anymore, I couldn’t have asked for a better child hood though :)
Well, Sara I lived in London all my life until we pack up 11 yrs ago. Been happily in Malaysia for 10 yrs, I have no intention to go back to England. Malaysia is not perfect, but it is fun.
Am Malaysian. And I can confirm that all of these tips are true. Except for the "if you're black and not funny" part. In my opinion, if you're black, doesn't mean that you should be funny. As long as you follow all those tips, then you're pretty much good to go. Being funny is a bonus tho
Thanks for the advices tho I’m currently live here even I am Malaysian but raised in London so it’s bare things I have to learn ennit but trust Malaysia actually quite interesting country to exploring! Cheers mate!
Beer drinking is common among non-muslims. You would be surprised to know though Malaysia is a majority muslim nation, the consumption of beer per capita is surprisingly high. The globally famous Hash House Harriers running Club was founded in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1938 by British expatriates. Kuala Lumpur Pioneer Chapter is known as Mother Hash. They pride themselves as a running club with a drinking problem. You may get it the other way round, when asking a Harrier, depending on the state of inebriation he is in. Most non-muslim restaurants serve beer in Malaysia. The Changkat Bukit Bintang area has some of the finest drinking joints in Kuala Lumpur. The price of beer includes a heavy sin tax. Langkawi Island to the north, being a duty-free status island, provides taxfree beer & other alcoholic beverages.
Oh really? Surprising indeed if consumption of alcohol is very high and majority of the population are Muslim. You know I only say things that I experienced during my time in Malaysia so it good to hear people point of view on things like this. Thanks for your comment mate.
manskickz, There are two international Breweries very close to Kuala Lumpur. Guinness Anchor Brewery is in Sg. Way, while several miles away, is the Carlsberg Brewery in Shah Alam.
You got a new sub. Now, I'm going through each of your points, which I'm sorry but, I mainly disagree with. 1) Me and the Mr's (old white people, kiss all the time, nobody has ever said anything bad to us). 2) Malaysian food - No, just no. Malaysians want cheap over good, all day long. Thailand, Taiwan, Philippine all better.(that will upset my Malaysian friends but it's a matter of taste and where you grew up) 3) You can get alcohol everywhere including 7/11. But, you are right about don't get drunk in public. Sadly, Westerners always let us down when they travel. I used to run a bar in Malaysia, always the westerners were a pissed up pain in the ass. 4) I ride a motorbike here, hardly ever use my wet suit, if it rains I get wet, mainly it's warm anyway, so it's not like you get wet and cold. I don't know anybody who carries an umbrella. 5) True of many Asian countries, always take your shoes off. However, nobody is gonna punch or kick you, they will just request you take them off or not let you in. lol. Malaysians are nice , non violent people. 6) Swearing in conversation, nobody gives a f**k! Just don't swear AT people, that will get you in trouble. 7) Fair enough, although, I have had many grown up conversations about politics with Malaysians, but stay away from religion! You just have to be respectful. 8) I'm White so no experience. 9) WTF you talking about? 10) Meh, Malaysians think they are better than Singaporeans., nobody will convince them otherwise. 11) Good advice. - All that being said, Malaysia is a fabulous country and the people (of all races) are fantastic, certainly would rather be here than back in the cold UK. Also it's much safer here IMHO. Sure there is crime but not the random sort of violent attacks you get in the west and not to the same scale. As we say here Malaysia Boleh.
When are you coming to Malaysia again. You should start a fan club here. I’ll be the first to join. Love having you around, someone who is humble n sincere about Malaysia.
Your tips are spot on! Esp #8 and #9. Girls usually keep their guards on around strangers esp foreigners, we can't be too friendly you know coz you don't know if that person is good or bad. But foreigners in my uni esp black ppl are always so polite, smiling and saying salam sister, may God bless you, may god Grant you health, hv a good day, etc, every time we meet and parted ways. With smiling face. That is just so polite and respectful. It offers me a new perspective. Even Malaysians dont say that to each other. So I kinda make that my habit now, thanks to them.
I like how you respect other religion and tradition. Thumbs up bro.
Most people do, it's just the media always trying to push us apart and create tension.

Do not call anyone a ‘dog’ or a ‘pig’
Trust me you don’t.
Only malaysians can say that to other malaysians.

✊ thanks Nothanimas
One more rule..... Please wear t shirts eventhough if is hot. Don't just go out topless. It's disrespectful especially to the elderly. Thanks for your video man . Loved it
I am so used to the rain, I dont mind the umbrella. Just run :-)
We are diverse in everthing ..culture,..language..food people...all..we keep respecting each others n live harmoniously..it doesnt matter the race...because we are MAlaysian..we are one nation.we welcome all people from all over the world..
Come n enjoy ur stay in malaysia.come n check urself our uniqueness n diversity
But there are few ultras racist team who claiming this and that and no other races can live in theirland. Haha. Especially those fucking bullshit political party
Thanks man, for explaining the Law and raising awareness for when people like you, visiting Malaysia and we're so sorry for when we said something rude or shocking
(also I am so sorry for my broken ass English)
Greetings from Malaysia ✌️

Thank you so much for the clips of London :’) my trip to London w my family was the last holiday trip for my late mother and this just brings back memories!
Im respect you my brother come anytime to malaysia ❤
(Love from malaysia)
Thanks for visiting our country!
We salute u :)

It was pleasure hope you’re doing well at school :)
Nohhh. Liquor tax malaysia tinggi kot. Se tin kat 7e boleh 6pack kot dekat langkawi.
I hope you’re not trying to promote 7E beers though... just remind the non muslim foreigner that they can get beers at 7E but dont ever drink it on the street or while driving in Malaysia!
I don't recommend six unless ure like under 17
You respect us, we respect you back. Well done bro!
Malaysians are fine with you saying honest opinions of our food. We just don't like foreigners saying it's shit or compare it with their own dishes. Basically if you don't like it, just say you don't like it, don't insult it.
dawww thank you so much for this! I'm so happy that you enjoyed my country so much, really moved me.. Nanti datang balik! ♡
It was my pleasure to visit your beautiful country mate
Hai guys.. Welcome to malaysia the truly of Asia.. Have a nice journey .. And terima kasih.

I live in London but I used to live in malaysia throughout my childhood cuz my parents went there for business. I pray so badly I get the chance to move back there, the community, life style, weather and everything else is to die for
Urgh I’m so sad I don’t live there anymore, I couldn’t have asked for a better child hood though :)
I can imagine your childhood was amazing but you can always go back to Malaysia and feel more like home because I am going back this year
Did you ever go to school there?
Well, Sara I lived in London all my life until we pack up 11 yrs ago. Been happily in Malaysia for 10 yrs, I have no intention to go back to England. Malaysia is not perfect, but it is fun.
Am Malaysian. And I can confirm that all of these tips are true. Except for the "if you're black and not funny" part. In my opinion, if you're black, doesn't mean that you should be funny. As long as you follow all those tips, then you're pretty much good to go. Being funny is a bonus tho
Thanks for being part of this community and commenting
You can kiss each other in malaysia to show your affection but not in sensual and obscene way.
Maximillian Alap No2 to french kiss... 😂😂
Thanks for the advices tho I’m currently live here even I am Malaysian but raised in London so it’s bare things I have to learn ennit but trust Malaysia actually quite interesting country to exploring! Cheers mate!
Reti ckap Melayu x??

I'm a good Malaysian boy, whenever I see Malaysia, I click it 🤗

Great content man, much love from MALAYSIA ❤️❤️❤️
Hey nice advice dude. BTW I stay in Malaysia and when the first time I saw the intro I thought you were a local. You are like a traveling GURU.
Ahah yes I am 😂
Im proud to be a Malaysian people, tq man visit Malaysia
Man I like you! You're funny! Love from Malaysia ✌️
I'm from Korea and I love Malaysia my second sweet home food of paradise
You're so generous when it comes to compliments about Malaysia. But yesss.. never ever kiss in public 🤣🤣🤣
When are you coming to Malaysia again. You should start a fan club here. I’ll be the first to join. Love having you around, someone who is humble n sincere about Malaysia.
Malaysia has three part of nation , Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak ❤
Your tips are spot on! Esp #8 and #9. Girls usually keep their guards on around strangers esp foreigners, we can't be too friendly you know coz you don't know if that person is good or bad. But foreigners in my uni esp black ppl are always so polite, smiling and saying salam sister, may God bless you, may god Grant you health, hv a good day, etc, every time we meet and parted ways. With smiling face. That is just so polite and respectful. It offers me a new perspective. Even Malaysians dont say that to each other. So I kinda make that my habit now, thanks to them.
At Malaysia . How you said . All Malaysia people is friendly . Don't worry about that.
😂
Not specifically all
You deserve more than this mate..I like your channel..peace from malaysia
Do you like Durian maybe it is smelly but you should try it out !It is really delicious fruit and you have right about everything I'm amaze
I will attempt to try it when I visit Malaysia next
Alcohol is actually easier to get here than most alcohol drinking countries. We sell alcohol 24/7 at convenience stores(7-11/KKmart), it’s everywhere.
Sometimes, we use word f when we curse in social media, but when in public, we're not use f word because it's so rude
