Not much a big change on the team formation and the tactics of the play but he celebrated the goals with passions and commanded the players better than EtH. He deployed the players better. EtH probably didn’t play Amad if he were still in charge. It is up to the new manager to keep Ruud in his coaching team. My view is it would be better to keep Ruud as he seems to connect players well.
