Cody was either prior military or is training for SWAT. She asked him if he had "cover out there" while they cleared and very smart Cody positioned himself to cover both them AND the door. Then the whole look he gave her just after she ordered for him to leave was priceless.

This woman can be compared to an autistic, ADHD afflicted 15 year old. That isn't good if she's a cop, especially a cop going into places where shots are being fired and stuff like that. One day someone is gonna die because of her, wheather it be her, another officer, a civvie who was in. a bad place at a bad time, or even a suspect who's already been apprehended or has proven to not be enough of a threat to have lethal force used.
I really hope the other two officers are willing to speak to a higher up about this lady. Not fair that they should have to risk their lives while she acts like a superhero.

Female cop sadly made the situation much more dangerous for all of the officers involved, including herself. Hope she recovers from this blunder and learns for future scenarios. - or just realizes that she should find a new career. She just about got everyone killed.
Sadly judging from her overall tone near the end she probably thinks she did a decent job and won't likely reflect on the situation in a meaningful/critical way
