    Thank you for actually making a genuine beginners video. I've been so discouraged from yoga when beginners videos still expect a high level of flexibility. Your alternative options for each exercise are fantastic.

    That was great. I'm 70 next month and was recently diagnosed with ADHD, so I'm erratic in my habits. My body is telling me if I don't look out, it's downhill from here. I've been told the cartilage in my knees is severely degenerated so I'll shortly be getting knee injections of hyaluronic acid. It would be great to restore my knees and hips though without having to replace them at some point. I will try to do these exercises daily as I found your tuition very helpful. Thank you

      Keep going slowly and consistently with a variety of my videos - it's best not to do the same one over and over. Have you seen the knees one?

      Hi, I've only just discovered you as I was keywording Beginners Yoga. I've begun experiencing pain in my right hip which has already benefited from your 15 minute routine. I will check out the knee one and mix it up as I get bored too easily

    Nice to know that this was too easy for me. Glad to know at 66 I am doing pretty good with flexibility but definitely need to do yoga everyday. Love your teaching style. Will start doing your other one. 🌻🦋💕🙏

    Thank you for sharing these. Just wonderful. However, why are you at a corner ? Just feel a little cramp for you when stretching. LOL

      Yes - it's the only place in my house where I don't have to move furniture around and it has good light - luckily I'm not perfectionist - as I know it could be much better - but I'm just banging out good content. Keep it up and keep me in my corner!

    Thank you for addressing those of us who are stiff and challenged. What substitutions would you recommend if the Child's pose OR knees to chest in a supine position are not available? I have tried many modifications without a comfortable solution. Perhaps a different asana?

      Hi Jackie, thank you so much for your recommendations. And indeed your recommended videos are a better match. My issue is not my knees but the ability to fold forward, whether standing, sitting, or on my back. Part of the challenge is arthritis in the SI joints, and part of this is due to an abundant waist. So I can substitute half-dog for forward folds and downward dogs, but I am still looking for a substitute for Child's pose. Do you have any ideas?

    I couldn't even manage to sit cross-legged comfortably when I was a kid, far too painful now I'm 53. Any tips?

      It must be your hip structure. Just keep moving and trying to keep your joints oiled up. Don’t worry about sitting on the floor cross legged - grab a chair or lie on your back - or try sitting on a firm bolster.
      You can still have a great life with stiff hips !
