Richard and Judy are legends, to this show. I've met them both, they are genuinely lovely people. Hope that Judy is well, given how Richard was alone in this tribute. Loved their brief return, a few years ago. This Morning is a national institution, I do hope that the unfortunate troubles of recent will be overcome.

35 years OG, how times flies , remember watching back in 80s , and was a fan of American daytime tv and remember seeing itv this morning and thinking good on itv taking on the other side with a more relaxed magazine style daytime tv show. Very much like British version of today show or GMA

Why oh why does people pick on the woman when it's the man that is to blame, its Phil that did wrong, you say Holly would know but I doubt it , even his wife and daughters didn't even know what he was up to. You can be friends with someone and you don't know everything about them
@kathycross58 best friends as they said many times AND co workers. A lot of these events took place in their place of work and Holly also knew the young lad involved. There's not knowing and then there is turning a blind eye , they're will be many people that knew this and probably a lot more . Let's not forget how good the showbiz and glitterati are at turning a blind eye and deaf ear ...
@@JamieVauxnut1 like I said best friends or not we all don't know what goes on in each other private life. Of course she would know the young guy but probably not everything. There was probably rumours but you can't accuse anyone without real evidence.
@kathycross58 if people aren't willing to talk then all we can do is assume they knew . I know if my "friend" was guilty of those things I'd definitely be making a public statement distancing myself as much as I could and condemning his actions. We only need to look over to the BBC and I bet we wish more accusations were made because evidence is swept under the rug to protect them. If saves 100 or one person from falling victim its worth it

Richard Madeley should be sacked for the way he spoke to the President of Guyana. The disrespect showed was of the highest contempt. He would not have behaved the way he did or spoken the way he did if it was any other Prime Minister.
This is quite embarrassing. After all that "This Morning" has gone through the last few years, I wouldn't have thrown a 35 year party on live TV. I'm surprised the "gallery" didn't have a "Allison Hammond" laugh button to press "constantly" during the show. Holly Willoughby should be thinking ahout other TV projects as "This Morning" has clearly passed it's sell by date. it's an old format now. Change can be good. Make way for new mid morning programming ITV.
Well if it the audience show then why haven’t or aren’t the audience been listened to when they say holly needs to go pass her sell by date. We need better presenters all the ones on show now seem to talk over guess or keep interrupting the chefs on the show. The only reason holly still there is cause her husband works in tv. Well didn’t win a NTA this year did we holly.
