What an episode - could this be the best one yet? We are delighted to be sponsoring Tyrrell's Classic Workshop - a really rather special channel, I think many would agree.
I think I speak on the behalf of everyone: We love you for sponsoring this channel. Ian is an encyclopedia and also holds our childish joy of special cars. And h sings like a Rat Pack!
Genuinely amazing. The selfish part of me doesn't want this channel to blow up into 4M subscribers because it feels like Im part of some unbelievable, secret car club. Iain is a genius, and a total gent.
Well, son, I am ! And I'm 25 damn years older than you. Can you imagine driving the utmost Countach in your life. Iain, himself a legend, could'nt realise it himself. Wow ! We don't live in the same world.
Vielen Dank für das phantastische Video mit diesem besonderen Ferruccio Lamborghinis Lamborghini! Die tolle Gesangseinlage von Iain himself, der Gag am Ende... der britische Humor... Unfaßbar gut! Danke!
The fact that Iain Tyrrell has been the one entrusted to work on this car (and not anyone else in Italy, presumably including Lamborghini factory) is an astonishing compliment. I've never known 27:02 minutes pass so quickly 😑
The Lamborghini factory now probably has very few people who would know how to work on a Countach, the current crew there probably consists of a combo of VW/Audi engineers/bean counters, and younger Italian design/production teams.
So pleased that I’ve discovered this gentleman. Harry’s Garage was the introduction and I was immediately hooked on your vast knowledge and easy going demeanor. All the best from the US!
One of the greatest Exotics on the planet if not the greatest. The low roof Countach simply jaw dropping. This is the Holy Grail. Thx to the owner for doing the right thing and sharing this with us aficionados
Wow, testament to how well regarded Tyrrell's Classic workshop is in the classic world, think about it, this special car could have gone to any workshop in the world but it went to the best which must be Iain's. A great video indeed and a half decent set of lungs to boot!
I had several Lamborghini Countach posters growing up in the 80s, had a red RC Countach, put together a small plastic model of a Countach, and of course my favorite movie for the time was Cannonball Run because of the Countach. Needless to say I was a Countach fan boy.
This man has such an amazing job. I wanted to restore classic cars. Now I’m a hgv fitter working on 10 year old Dennis bin lorry’s. It’s a dirty job, but someone’s got to do it.
Whoever decides a thumbs down on the video should be banned from the channel, ridiculous! Amazing video Iain! I too got here from Harry's Garage. Keep it up.
Going to repeat what has been said before me. Great to watch your channel and i feel privileged that you share your knowledge with us Iain. Also a big thank you to Harry for introducing you to us.
Shmee, JWW, TGE, RMR, STG,Straight Pipes, Motoman, Car Guys etc etc; you just took a hell of a beating!!!!!...... Arise Sir Iain, you are truly the Godfather of RUclips motoring.
Best thing I've watched on youtube for several months. Also Ferruccio was 100% right about the color on this car. White(or bright silver) is the best color for such a highly stylized car like this, the light color/non color draws attention to the design/body work. You focus more on the shape/details of the car than the color. Black or dark colors hide the styling and details, they look good on big, blocky vehicles like trucks or square body Cadillacs/Lincolns with lots of chrome.
The moment you floored it, I got goosebumps. The car sounded like it needed to be released, wanting desperately to be free for ages, it needed that. What an engine. Cheers Iain, what an honour.
In my next life I would love to come back as a car mechanic and start working for this genius - Iain has such a great and humble way to talk to his colleagues - not to mention his incredible technical and historical knowledge
Absolutely epic, love the calm relaxed approach to driving such a unique and valuable car. That last filmed piece brought tears to my eyes. Throughly enjoyed every second, thanks Iain.
well ,mr Tyrrell has really done the car and himself proud. And what a wonderful voice. Truely a man of many talents . I remember watching a video of Ferrucio ripping around the Lamborghini factory in that car
Wow, fantastic, leaving me almost breathtaking speechless. Assigning this car to Iain simply does again confirm his established position in the world of Lamborghini. What a pure delight that this gentleman has commenced sharing his experiences here, as if being immersed profoundly. Wonderful, just wonderful 👌
Your show is so much better than rubbish being made by Top Gear. This is what actual motor journalism should be. Thank you so much for the time and effort you've put in. I just and the rest of the community simply cannot get enough of your shows.
Absolutely magnificent video Iain. You are one lucky man. Huge privilege to have been entrusted with that car. And a testament to your ability and reputation. Thank you for making that video and sharing it. Michael
Well I have now failed NNN over this, to be more serious this upload is amazing. I feel almost privileged for seeing it, thank you for sharing this car with us.
The best thing you ever did in your career was to create a RUclips channel Ian. It means we get to sample a day in the life of Mr Tyrrell in all its glory. Thank you Sir.
Wow! Iain has raised the bar still further! The crooning at the end was the icing on the cake, Harry has been pipped at his own game and at this very moment will be learning the full lyrics to 'on days like these'. All on my birthday too, great work Iain!
Last time I saw a ' super car' driver have a look on his face like that was Dan ,after his Ferrari caught fire after having the headers ceramic coated.😲

When we talk about classics in general, there is always a nostalgic nuance in conversations that starts to get bored for longer. Once again, Iain Tyrrell brings out the lesser-known feature of the iconic car, the owner’s passion and professional sophistication, and details of the car’s history. Thanks to Iain Tyrrell and the production team for a great and stylish video!
Seeing two of my dream cars play together made me all emotional and brought out the kid in me. And the choice of the music was simply spot on. Thanks for the thrill!
Sir, you are a very intelligent gentleman that give the due cure at this dream supercar. Ferruccio Lamborghini could was very proud of you for the due attention at the story and at the supercar Countach. My deep thaks for this delicious and very well done video. Regards from Italy.

Very good move. This is the best car focused channel.
Thank you for sponsoring Iain to do these videos - they are a step above EVERYTHING on RUclips! We only dream of making content this good!
Fantastic
Aston Lark Limited totally agree
He represents a living history, an archive collected with passion, curiosity, and an extraordinary level of dedication to quality.
Kudos to the owner for allowing everyone to see this car. Lovely bit of history.
We are so proud to be sponsoring the greatest automotive channel in all of RUclips. Thank you Iain for sharing this with all us petrolheads!
Great business move. Kudos to both.
You should be, and thank you for helping bringing this unique and utterly magnificent car content to us. Thank you!

This channel is just...I'm speachless. Iain's delivery just sucks me in. I feel I'm there. Wonderful

Iain is a genius, and a total gent.
Yeah, that's weird isn't it.
Agree! The ''hey wassup guys'' videos wear thin quickly. These exquisite vehicles, deserve quality presentation.
I couldn't ask for a more qualified person than Iain Tyrrell to bring this extraordinary car to light. Thank you.
And what a great singer to boot !
No you couldn't, because there isn't.

Mindblowing....
Love the sheer joy, when Iain yells "YES, IT'S A COUNTACH !" =D

Thanks to Harry Metcalfe and his Espada I have discovered this incredible channel. Thank you very much Ian for sharing all these contents.

"Yes, it's a Lamborghini Countach!" Absolutely, the best! I rode in a Countach once and I know exactly what he experienced. It was emotional.

it could have easily gone back to the factory too.
Most beautiful sports cars of all time at the end. Absolutely epic, what a sight!
You know you're doing it right when making a door close properly is fascinating. Such a gem of a channel!
100% that gave me a wry smile, I've fitted and shimmed many door locks and striker plates, but doing it for a Countach seems almost romantic!
It ticked all my OCD boxes.
When I was 8-9 we used to have posters of this car..now looks kinds retro, still would love one
I preferred the skeleton poster
it looks retro but nonetheless it looks insane

The ultimate Lamborghini. Owned by the Master himself. Thank you Mr. Tyrrell.
That smile when he pushes the throttle hard - pure, genuine joy that betrays his lifelong passion.
What makes this extraordinary as well is Iain's amazing voice in that song. For you who didn't know, it's him singing.

That was really impressive. You can put more of that in your videos Iain...
Sounds just like Frank. Thought he was joking!
He has another video in his play list about Lamborghini and Ian singing.
The MOST Exotic Model of those already SUPER EXOTIC Hyper-cars . " The Bosses Truck " as it were . And , a Simple Fix . Bellissimo .
You did Mr Lamborghini proud with this one, and Mr Sinatra would certainly be impressed as well!
