The next night on RAW have Rock exchange the IC belt for a match against Roman on a date of his choosing and he picks WM and have a year long build like you did with Rock and Cena. CM Punk did say, in his infamous pipebomb, that "Dwaaayne" was a pretty good ass-kisser. Always has been, always will be. So it was yet another dire warning.

This will be either the greatest swerve or the dumbest thing that the WWE did as a PR move. This could cost them in hard-core fan support, make Rock an accidental heel by ruining/rushing what could have been (with the proper build) closure for the Bloodline story and cost them money as fans tune out in protest.

WWE and the Rock deserves the backlash for their actions to have Rock vs Roman at WrestleMania instead of not allowing Cody to finish his story I hope the crowd shows their displeasure during the whole match
"WWE fumbled the bag", HHH and Nick Khan can't do much when The Rock has the TKO executives behind him. If those two can show the backlash from the fans, that can be used to get Cody back into Reigns title match.

I saw two house shows last fall, ringside thankfully 🙏. Cody spent the entire intermission both times greeting people, taking photos and signing autographs. He was basically drug to the back because he didn't want to miss anyone and he genuinely cares. Ontop of him wrestling with the pec tear, he's more than earned it.
