- After last night's AEW Dynamite, where Tony Khan leaked the AEW ALL IN London footage of CM Punk, and Jack Perry, reports are circulating now that Locker Room morale in AEW has taken a massive hit, with conflicting reports on the netire situation as to who approved what, who was OK with the segment airing, and who wasn't. AEW created a mess that ultimately gave the company yet another black eye.

This is really worse. WCW still had Hogan, Goldberg, Nash, and other stars. AEW has nothing comparable. The Hardys, Copeland, and Christian are all in their 50's. Jericho is washed up. Swerve is all that's been on TV for the last three months.
Well in there case Wcw was actually winning in the ratings at that point which in turn started the decline among other things, aew is and has not come close to beating wwe not counting nxt and will only suffer more cause of it

More people need to be saying this .The biggest problem with AEW is the guy running it that's where the buck should stop (no pun intended).Yes there are other problems but until the biggest problem looks in the mirror and sees their own shortcomings nothing else can really change, no matter who's hired or fired or whatever else. More people need to be willing to tell Tony both inside the company and out that he's their biggest hurdle.
After that it's the elite
I really wanted AEW to succeed. But this is not the same company I enjoyed in 2019, and it’s definitely not the product I absolutely loved in late 2021, early 2022. All Out 2021 was one of my favorite wrestling PPVs ever. That was only two and a half years ago but it feels like a lifetime has passed when you consider how much they’ve declined. In the past when they made a bad booking decision or did something silly, I always thought “well it’s not the end of the world, they’ll bounce back from this”, but Wednesday night when Tony Khan decided to air this footage for god knows what reason, for the first time I felt like AEW is a sinking ship. WWE is coming off one of the greatest Wrestlemanias ever, and meanwhile, just three short days later, AEW completely embarrasses themselves. Just look at Tony Schiavone’s face during that segment, he’s getting WCW 2000 flashbacks.
Ironic cause last week Adam Copeland said he'd put that locker room and AEW up against anybody. That's Interesting.
This action spits in the face of his promo. If I were Adam I’d be pissed.
Edge has always been a loyal guy so he is gonna try to give his best where he is. But his efforts are like trying to put out a forest fire with a glass of water.

When I heard HHH's comments I simply interpreted them as a warning to all free agents who are thinking of joining WWE "be ready to bust your ass to become successful or get the fuck out of WWE" which is an excellent mindset.

I have no issue with what HHH said, WWE wants people that are dedicated to the WWE. If Will Osprey or anyone else isn’t 100% in then they would fail in the WWE system. In all fairness, effective immediately, Khan needs to establish an Executive Booking & Creative Committee of AEW Excutives, consisting of:
Jeff Jarrett (current AEW Director of Business Development), recently in-ring retired Steve "Sting" Borden, Hall of Famer Ricky Steamboat, Shane Douglas, Greg Gagne, Scott D'Amore, Hall of Famer Stevie Ray and former Women's World Champions Madusa Miceli and Jazz.

It will make the company and elite look bad plus legal reasons probably. They don't want it to be released because it's not what everyone was told or believe what truly happened.
As they should be!!! Tony K. had every opportunity to pull-back from even doing this. Literally EVERY wrestling outlet known to mankind (the people - not the wrestler 😀) were saying how terrible of an idea this was and (quite accurately) predicted how gigantic the wave of negative feedback would be, but he stubbornly (and stupidly) went ahead with it anyway. AEW is having a hard enough time as it is without these additional self inflicted wounds that will only further lower morale.
If you look at it from another angle, it's like the DX "invasion" of WCW. Desperate moves. TK needs to put this behind him, listen to us, hire a writer/booker and let them do their thing.

TK is the one who sent Jack away. The only story to do from what happened would be something where Jack wants revenge on TK for putting any blame on him. That's not the story we are being given, and so i see no way in which this benefits Jack.

HHH was talking to the "young talent" at the "beginning of their career". Osprey is like 30... not a young talent, not at the beginning of his career.

2. Osprey doesn't care and was just working
3. It was a cry for help from Osprey, pretty much "hey hunter you're wrong, please come save me though".

So basically instead of building up their own roster and working on story lines and angles for their next PPV they showed footage that will never lead to a match or any kind of payoff and the only person that got more over as a result was a guy on the other channel.

I got something to get off my chest : Will Ospreay is probably one of the most selfless pro wrestlers on the planet and busted his ass to be where he is now. So I understand that he felt insulted and disrespected by what Triple H said on the Pat McAfee show on Mania weekend. My gripe is why did he brought this up on national television? On Dynamite? Does mentioning this make his match more interesting? more epic than it was before. I personally don’t think it was necessary to bring that up on national television. He could’ve literally said that anywhere else. On a podcast, on a news broadcast about him promoting AEW, on an interview and so on. Why did it have to be at the one place where every minute counts and should only be used to tell stories or to make the matches on PPVs more exciting? Concerning the All in footage shown on Dynamite, it’s the same thing. Why drop it on national television, when it could be dropped anywhere else?

I love AEW and this was a disastrous decision. I felt embarrassed for them after watching it. I have to believe that the majority of the backstage talent are super bummed and maybe pissed.
