@SkitshowFrenia-nr6pb it's more that they did it on live TV right before jungle boy was challenging for the world title, thus if he didn't get squashed by mjf and everyone else in the match it would make them look weak too, like here's mjf struggling against this guy rush beat the shit out of
Well seeing as Jack Perry was called out by Colton Gunn as kissing up and hanging out with the Elite... That Jack forced Punk to tell him not to do it personally, is fishy as hell. As in he was deliberately needling Punk to piss him off. The fact that the Elite had it set up where their match would replace Punk on the card if he was too late, that the road agent who was supposed to arrange Punk's travel came out as an Elite toady openly on twitter, and THEN Perry set him off conveniently..? Yeah, smells like a set up to me...
@@totallybored5526 yeah your right it was him lol. He's just a little rich snob who goes to meet & greets then doesn't engage anyone just blows everyone off like he's Austin, Hogan & some major name.
What everyone fails to mention is the fact that after Perry was slammed onto the windshield, he had some cuts on his back and a potentially nasty one on his arm. And he kept visually checking his arm afterwards. That is the whole reason this started in the first place. Everyone trying to warn this idiot that he could be seriously cut up. And that’s nothing like the risks taken in normal matches, there is no control or assistance from the opponent, etc.

Possibly because they thought Perry would respect Punk’s opinion being that he’s THE top guy in the locker room. Just like people would often go to Taker back in the day.
But if you think about it, Punk is only whooping those that sorely need a whooping. All this drama is nothing compared to the old days when wrestlers had to pay dues and really grind it to make it in the business.

Obviously Jack didn't heard about Goldberg destroying his arm punching through a real glass window, or when Kurt Angle really hurt Shane Mcmahon by throwing him through real glass.
@disturbedftw1998, it was his elbow and forearm that got deeply slashed from breaking the limo window. And Shane didn't go through glass he was dropped on the back of his head and neck because he didn't bounce off the screen from that suplex like he should've. Shane actually botched that by not using his lower torso to initiate the bounce like the do the turnbuckle moves.
tbf Shane demanded Kurt do that to him and when he didn't go through the first time Shane told him to do it again, harder. theres a few Kurt shoots where he talks about it. Shane always wanted to put it all on the line and be one of the boys even though he's a suit. Kudos to him
Cody is looking like more and more of a genius for not only building his character back up, but getting the fuck out of this toxic situation. He's also a Saint for not talking shit constantly. I'm sure the brother has PLENTY of ammo. Perhaps saving it for his post retirement book?

@Thaboy1nda You called MY comment delusional? Holy mackerel, brother, if my comment is delusional, your comment should land you in the psych ward. Do you even watch and listen to the TV when Cody comes out for anything, whether it be a promo, match, or a run-in?
@@Thaboy1nda This isn't a fair statement, Cody was so over that even the Sami Zayne natural pop didn't bury him. Regardless of how you feel about Punk, this whole situation, coupled with the debacle with the office giving him bogus information for his transportation to the hotel shows a company culture of pettiness, pure unprofessionalism and the constant sense of people being above the law. Wembley being a success is a testament to the wrestlers and the fans wanting to support them, not the business acumen of TK. Shame on Tony Khan for his piss poor running of the company.
Well the word is the elite is in charge of getting the employees their transportation info so this is incredibly embarrassing if Tony Khan is this moronic to give these guys more positions in the company where they do stupid things like this. Thankfully some kind fans helped Punk get to the Arena.
Exactly, this whole situation is on Tony Khan. He needs to step up and act like a boss, no wrestler should be allowed to have a power position. Remove wrestlers from decision making, and also do not allow any wrestlers to take unscripted shots at another during shows.

That means you start re-staffing with professionals rather than that one guy's cousin and a gaggle of his personal friends. God forbid anyone for bashing AEW and even exposing them then all of a sudden you become enemy number 1, its funny how Bryan Alvarez releases some dirt sheets and half the wrestling community goes ape crap triggered by CM Punk. It's so obviously a smear campaign by nearly all the negative articles of Punk.
I’ve noticed a common denominator. The Bucks hiding behind others to stir shit and spread rumors about their detractors and leaving those others to eat the fallout. See Cutlet, Meltzer, Matt Hardy, and now Jackoff boy.
I wonder if Perry understands that windshield glass isn't "Real Glass" it's "laminated safety glass". They used to use real glass for windshields and it caused unspeakable injuries to the people who crashed through it.
His wife tired to warn him. She said over and over on Renee's podcast she kept asking him if he 100% sure that all these people were with trusting. It's obvious she had a bad feeling about this crew. And she was right.

Perry's behaviour will not be tolerated in WWE. Jack Perry is by far the worst rookie I've ever seen in wrestling, the behaviour, geez, even young Randy Orton wasn't this rotten. Imagine, Dominic or Bron Breakker going up in Lesnar's or Sheamus face.
This confrontation is another reason that proves why the behind-the-scenes drama is much better than the in-ring product, and why Tony Khan is more of a friend rather than being the boss and leader of the company. On one hand, you have a kid with limited wrestling ability that has been in the industry for eight years. On the other hand, you have a guy with close to 24 years of wrestling experience who has been everywhere and seen everything there is to see in the industry. If I were to have someone guide/critique my work, I'd go with Punk. Sorry, Jungle Boy. When Punk said he works with children, he really meant it.
The fact that people are still blaming Punk & are mad at Punk for this is actually so ridiculously insane to me. Fans need to get their head out of their ass & look at everything objectively. It’s crazy to me that people keep instigating with punk and then somehow being surprised when he retaliates like a normal human
Ehhh, punks as thin skinned as that Hollywood kid Perry who has never heard the word "no" before. He likes to dish out but he really can't take it hmself.
I think they do it just cause they're spoiled kids and they know they'll eventually get their way and Punk will take his ball and go home. They know Punk doesn't need this like they do and they know there's no accountability at AEW so keep provoking Punk until he quits
@@finklesteinkid537 There’s supposed reports that after this all happened Punk made a statement how he hates AEW and some are speculating this might be the beginning of him not returning, even after the suspension is over he might not return and just get paid until his contract his up.
It's not professional. He's not like a normal person...he's supposed to be a professional
@@jamescox1805 Look I think you have to think about Punks mind frame while working at AEW which would explain his behavior or reactions to these types of situations while he has been there. It’s no secret certain wrestlers in AEW didn’t want him there in the first place and saw him as a threat before he even came on board, so from jump he wasn’t liked and he hadn’t done anything yet. Then the EVPs along with their friends started a whisper campaign that Punk got Cabana fired from AEW which was not true but if you think about it’s messed up that the company EVPs would do that to you and for what reason. Then the altercation with the EVPs happened which even if you agree wouldn’t have happened if Punk didn’t make those statements about the EVPs at the same time as EVPs of a company one would think they would not try and start a fight with their top talent. So fast forward to now based on what I said I can see why Punk now acts so defensive with someone coming at him
wether verbally or physically based on everything he has gone through over there. I mean he had his issues while with the WWE but nothing like this which should tell you something.
Thank God for Jim, Brian, and all you folks commenting here. I was beginning to think that the whole world is crazy. Tired of reading about how Punk is the entire problem and people conveniently forgetting all the other crap that continues to go on with AEW.
What gets me are all the people saying stuff like "Punk is the one common denominator in all the backstage drama".
When in reality there's a different f'n feud going on in that locker room every other week! Punk isn't even the first person this year that Jungle Boy's had issues with!
The world is crazy mate, always run on perception and the narrative dictated by those by agendas.
And barely anyone is mentioning that Jungle Jack did cut himself using real glass…. Maybe Punk had a point?
I was thinking the same thing.
The little prick is just tell8ng everyone watching wrestling is fake phoney bullshit.
Being a jungle boy he shouldn't even know what glass is. Just sticks, stones and fire.
His wife tired to warn him. She said over and over on Renee's podcast she kept asking him if he 100% sure that all these people were with trusting. It's obvious she had a bad feeling about this crew. And she was right.
yeaa i remember that.
Yeah she knows Punk more than anyone and she knew he was too bitter and thin skinned to go back into wrestlng, especially with the AEW crowd. Although I see no difference had he joined WWE or any other production, would have always ended the same.
@edwells4769 the Elite is not going to see your comment and ask you to join.

Fans justified the EVPs coming to Punk’s locker room because he told them to & blamed Punk for everything.
In this situation Jack said “Do something about it” & Punk pushed him. & it’s still Punk’s fault
Especially after it was clearly stated members of upper management asked punk to talk to Perry.
Now looking back it's amazing to think The Elite lost a 3 on 1 fight in their favour. Well I suppose an old man and a yappy little dog did even the odds. But as Cornette says, "They couldn't whip cream with a chainsaw."
At what point do we acknowledge that the guy who's had issues in every wrestling promotion he's been in might be an asshole and shit starter?
It's only a problem when Punk does it. The Elite stans will do mental gymnastics to down paly anything the elite does.
@@TheSoundwaveprimeNah Brawl Out is all on Punk literally told The Elite to come see him if he got a problem when they did come see him he attacked them 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ this situation definitely on Jungle Boy but Punk always seems to be the common denominator in all this drama in AEW
That entire company seems to have it out for Punk. Well thats what happens when youre business is full of children, the spent so long having no rules and everyone stroking their ego so when a guy comes in, brings them down to earth and puts some rules into place, the children start to feel oppressed.
Except Punk is the one sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. Real or fake glass isn't Punks call. That's not his job. He was not involved in any way.
Punk is a drama queen. He stirs shit up everywhere he goes.
It's like Kurt Angle in a company full of Daniel Puders.
The mental gymnastics the Punk haters are doing to paint him as the bad guy in this altercation is quite astounding.
All the “problems” he has in AEW circle around the friends of the Elite. Coincidence I think not
The mental gymnastics the Punk ball suckers are doing to paint him as the good guy in this altercation is quite astounding.
109 fights and it's never his fault!
How could punk make jungle Jack do that

@@Mechachu tony brought the two camps together and is therefore responsible for Jack's insubordination and stupidity.
@@DabsDad Tony is responsible for it. Punk has nothing to do with it. That's not his job.
Yet, punk continues to find a way to be the most immature and childish. Entertaining wrestler, but biggest cry baby ever in professional wrestling.
10 seconds in and Corney drops a FAFO and I'm already laughing my ass off.
So proud that Jim knows it
The fact that people are still blaming Punk & are mad at Punk for this is actually so ridiculously insane to me. Fans need to get their head out of their ass & look at everything objectively. Perry also has been trying to antagonize Punk since trying to troll him after the ALL OUT press scrum by trying to look like him at the press scrum from the ppv after that whole thing. Idk why the fuck Tony lets that shit slide either
Yes! An unbelievably toxic clique of little babies who don’t belong in pro wrestling have tried to sabotage him and therefore their own workplace from the start, because he’s a bigger star and better than them. It’s the most pathetic spectacle l’ve ever seen in pro wrestling, which is obviously saying A LOT!
If you look at it objectively you see that Punk as it the centre of literally every bit of backstage drama, he's had issues with half the roster at this point. We used to joke about AEW being too friendly with each other, what happened?
I loved Punk growing up, but if you can't see he's just a fully grown manchild at this point idk what to tell you.

@@HeelHook96You are looking it the wrong way around. Punk is trying to be bullied, issue is he doesn't take it, so the roster that now dislikes him, do so even more.
Many wrestlers who went through AEW left because that "close friendship" you mention, excluded them.
Just because he's at the center doesn't mean he's the problem. To frame it that way doesn't make sense, because it suggests that Punk is some wild crazy man who runs around slapping everyone, he's not. He's KNOWN for keeping to himself, many WWE stars have said as much. He can't help that people keep nonstop messing with him. It's almost like it's hard for some people to realize that The Elite have something called FRIENDS that work there and even allies who will co-sign their sentiments; heck they are in fact the "EVPs", a misguided young fool like JP could think showing solidarity can help him get some pool in the company.
The Elite have come to realize they can bully Punk into getting himself in trouble.
