    The U.S. market is a challenging place to sell cars, says the CEO of Vietnamese automaker Vinfast, but if its electric vehicles can make it there,, they can make it anywhere.
    Prioritizing the U.S. market, despite its stringent regulations and scrutiny was a deliberate decision, according to Le Thi Thu Thuy.
