These buffs are insane. I used these almost exclusively vs bots before the changes and now I'll probably never leave the super destroyer without them. The economy on these is so good now that the one less is barely felt.

What? They removed a grenade? I'm assuming the G3 Smoke but I've never seen anyone use that so I get why they removed it
To clarify the thermite grenades got massive damage bost and to balance it has the base amount held reduced from 4 to 3. No tipe of grenade was removed from the game.

Did that yesterday. Results were the extinction of chargers and bile titans in a 16 meter radius of me

@@D3rpp00l Ye, my main now are Therm Grenades, Amunnition pack, Quasar and the armor that gives +2 Grenades slots and the quantity of Chargers and BT I killed is insane

Thanks to increased Budget, the Super Destroyer has been stocked with higher quality Weaponry, analysis Tools and military rations.
While most personell is quite happy with these changes, a select few Divers have asked when Gloom and Impalers can be expected on the mealplan again.
They are currently being investigated by the Democracy Officer.

I just tried to eat bot heads today, with of mcbigbug, and "Freedom Bile Sauce" it was so good! I pooped it and gave it to the ministery of science.

DO NOT EAT THE BUGS, I cooked up a charger with my flamethrower, thinking it'd taste like lobster. It did not taste like lobster. And I spewed flames from both ends for weeks afterwards. DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY UNDEMOCRATIC MEAL! The rations might be tiresome after a while but it's better than trying to eat one of those bugs.

The optimal squad:
Regular fighter (good guns why not)
Firefighter: fight bugs and steel with fire
Thermite from Seige: +2 grenade sand supply pack
Long range demoman: ROCKET LAUNCHER
The "improvement to the thermite core" was just them remembering to actually put the thermite in this time.
Well when you put it that way...yeah.
that's some powerful thermite, maybe you could look into using it to make extremely powerful buckshot for shotguns to compensate for the low armor penetration of traditional shotgun rounds.
just an idea. if you ever need a name for such ammo, i think "doomsday rounds" might fit quite nicely.

I love this buff so much. I use only thermite in my bot builds and now rather than 3 for hulks I only need 1; rather than 2 for tanks, I only need 1 and I get the added utility of being able to just stick one to a fab to blow it up rather than needing the perfect angle to get it in the vent and wasting both them and my supply pack charges in the process.
It's by far one of the best and most necessary buffs! We're very happy about it ourselves! FOR SUPER EARTH!

I use thermites against bile titans all the time now, combined with the servo assisted armour and I can hit them well before they become an issue. Makes fighting them so much easier

I feel like the devs for helldivers should have made the robots and bugs weaker and when they meet for the first time they should combine to make robotic bugs

I was close to giving up the game for an extended hiatus. The buffs have made me throw those plans out of the Super Destroyer's airlock and SUIT UP AGAIN.
I'm really excited, that you're telling news about game, like something really happening, i mean, you say not a "developers buffed thermite grenades, so they make more *pshhhht, booom*", but something like " Ministry of science did really hard work to improve thermite grenades, so now those can make burn lighter and explode bigger"

Yeah, i think it's perfectly reasonable that we get one less for 20x more damage. Pretty sure the bile titan on the face would be a one tap from them now. That's possibly 3 bile titans standard.

Thermites finally as powerful as they should have been. A splendiferous day for Democracy.
Sir, the new thermite grenades are pretty good. I threw one at... one of the Rust Buckets' Fortresses. And I destroyed the whole thing. And then... the grenade exploded. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.( The fifth star exploded along with the fortress.)
I used these the other day and was curious on why I only had 3, but they were so damn efficient. The head of a Charger or the neck of an Imapler... 1hitKO. And I'm sure it took off the entire side of a Titans armour (there was a lot going on, okay 😅).
I love the throw and forget aspect of it (which sounds odd since that's every grenade, but it makes sense in how you play with it.)
All these weapon buff but me and so many other games won’t even boot without crashing in less the two minutes
THEY KILL *EVERYTHING* IN ONE* HIT, ITS UNBELIEVABLE.
*Provides you stick the grenade to the right spot. Chargers, impalers, hulks, and bile titans all go down in one thermite to the head. Tanks and cannon turrets go down no matter where you stick it to them. Fabricators can be destroyed from any angle. And presumably factory striders go down with one to the belly doors.

My diver in Liberty, you will still die a very painful death on the battlefield due to bug populations having less armor but more damage and robots having less ammo, but still hit harder. Just cuz ur railgun can one tap a hulk or bile Titan doesn’t mean it’ll be easier. It’s gonna be harder to aim your shot with scavengers are swarming you and bots are shooting you. It’s funny how those “war too easy” mfs whine about it cuz it’s honestly amusing seeing them get domed in the face by a rocket that’s been substantially toned down. It’s also laughable how the so called chaos divers and whine divers are all pouring back in to the war after the work that super earth did to undo their mistake. People make mistakes, even super earth, but it takes a lot of courage and humility to admit you screwed up and to fix those mistakes. I never left and never will because super earth fights for me and I fight for her, even if she makes a mistake, because liberty knows I’ve made mistakes fighting for her and yet she still fights for me. Just shut up and shoot the bots and bugs. For super earth and her people. Rahhhhhhhh!
