Frank has been fired from two other police agencies in Arizona and is on the Brady list so he cannot testify under oath. The reason he gives everyone a break is that way they are less likely to fight it and will plead gulity to something and Frank Shoup doesn't have to worry about court. In reality has been deemed untrustworthy by the courts

Criminal speed, no insurance ,suspended plate and allowed to drive away. Don't understand how you can be allowed to carry on with your journey if you don't have the legal requirements necessary to drive a vehicle.

I wonder the same thing. What happens when he is sent on his way and ends someone's life with the way he drives. The lawsuit against Pinal County would be huge and it seems that the driver's lawyer could say that Pinal County okayed him driving without insurance and a suspended plate because they let him go. Crazy.

HARDLY ANYONE goes to jail for driving fast alone..... it is the open containers, pot cloud, car identifying as being owned by someone ELSE and not with permission of owner, other infractions that may be severe, open warrants, etc. "GROUPS" rarely ever are a consideration. They got enough violations as it is, than to create fake ones, or enforce in a biased manner.

When you live in a state where you can drive 50mph over the speed limit, not have a seatbelt on, not have proper vehicle registration or a valid insurance card, and you have active warrants, AND you get to keep driving... there's no reason to respect that state's laws.
AZ is one of those "soft on crime" states. Here's the result. Cops purely out to make money for the county, and making RUclips videos. If you'd be arrested, or at minimum have your vehicle impounded, you live in a better state. Let me guess... you live in a Red state.

Depends a lot on where you live. 'Highways' where I am now 5 over would clog even the right-most lane.
A three lane highway might have a speed limit of 60, a two lane might be 40 or even 35. A lot of these speeds were determined by land use rather than road design.
Not near 100, but 80-90 is 20-30 over and as Frank would say 'criminal speed'!

The cast of characters picked right from central casting (in the real courtroom). Most of the cases were silly neighbor disputes.... often starts with a new fence or a hoarding issue. They saved the serious stuff for the morning arraignments while participants are held in county lockup.

Hello Frank, I used to live out at Midway acres, 84-86. Casa Grande was a nice small, quiet cotton farming community back then. I was there in '15 to visit one of my backyard neighbors. I was shocked as to how big it's grown. I came off of I-10 S. at the first Casa Grande exit and I thought I'd made a mistake.
The place was so unrecognizable to the point I was lost and even missed the turn-off to Midway acres. Then it took me some time backtracking to even find the house I was looking for once I got into my old AO.
I now catch your program every once in a while in Phnom Penh Cambodia. I've been living here in SE Asia for about 23 years now (- 1.5) and don't miss the stress one bit. In all these years and four countries I've lived in, I have yet to encounter any road rage. That being said, I was in Prescott last summer (VA) after 4 years and as I pulled out of a doctor's office driveway in PV there was some traffic (4 vehicles) approaching in the distance backed up behind a lifted PU truck. All of a sudden, I heard a horn blaring behind me, and it was that PU truck that I'm sure had to speed up to get on my bumper/6. Road rage for sure, but I just ignored the little B......H!
I did live in Peeples Valley briefly, mid 2013-early 15. Never once did I ever encounter any problems. And yes, Prescott has changed dramatically in the previous 4 and not in a positive way either! I'm a 100% disabled 78yo PTSD vet, so I can use all the solitude I can get.
You seem to be a level headed easy going person, so I don't but do know where the trolls come from. Everyone in the US seems to have an axe to grind with whomever they run across. None of that over here. Fine with me! Watch your 6 Amigo!
