Hi Derpti. It's been just a week that I've come across your workout videos. And I am just loving them. So, the problem is, otherwise too I am 35 years old, a mother of two kids, 12 and 8 years and m really an active person, yoga, walk. And the food I eat too is always simple..no fried. But I eat loooot of sweets. If not market ki mithai...ghar ka ghee gud, churma, halwa, maalpu...what not. I've tried to substitute them with dates but all in vain. I feel really weak if I don't take heavy meetha, I am not able to concentrate on my work until I eat it. The impact comes on my stomach and bust. The rest whole body is fit.
It's because our body craves sugars....start eating fruits on a regular basis, your body will demand less sugars as it is satisfied with natural sugars
Starting mei thoda difficult jayega but u can do it👍

Hello Ma'am, I really like your videos. I have started 10 min workout with 2 rounds everyday and they are so effective. Diet plan is also too good and easy to follow. Just 1 question, what is good time to include dry fruits in diet? I feel dry fruits is also important specifically for veges.

Hello Ma’am, Mostly people suggest to avoid sugar since its not considered good for health. But people like me who have a sweet tooth find it difficult to completely cut down sugar. Hence how much sweet can we eat in a day is a question that keeps bothering us. If you could please share some insights into this, it would be really helpful.
The problem we have today is of "excess"
Sometimes you are consciously consuming sugar (sweets/tea/coffee)) ...sometimes you are consuming without knowing - almost all processed/packed foods - Fruit Juices/biscuits/cornflakes/muesli/protein bars/sauces/ketchups and more
So if you decide to stick to home food only (no excess oil/sugar) and then eat home made sweets where you choose exactly the amount of sugar /jaggery or ghee you put.. then i dont think they can do that much harm..
