If your HDD isn't registering on your pc but you go into what is shown above that everything is allocated or already formatted, right click on your desired hard drive you're installing and delete volume and create the simple volume and it should work. the reason for that is your HDD was already formatted under another console and your pc doesn't recognizes it so there you go
