I really wish we could sell old models for star coins as like “refund” in the game cause 2500 shillings to sell a horse seems like a scam then how expensive star coins are. Also we could trade shillings out for star coins and championship if you get first you get little bit of star coins like 25. Just some ideas cause the game money system is extremely expensive.

Mainly because we are already forced into buying star coins for pets/horses, hairstyles/makeup, clothing/acccessories, stable expansion, ability to lead, stay the night, paid horse training, etc. As a game that most people pay for regarding star rider memberships, there should be a currency that can be earned ourselves which is Jorvik Shillings. The game really restricts players by setting a limit and making it somewhat difficult to earn. Not only that, the items that can be purchased with Jorvik Shillings are crazy expensive (especially the 9999 priced items).
There’s a glitch where when you pick up a flower during a race it then doesn’t let you finish the race and get your xp unless you relog, so I recommend not picking up flowers while in a race if you want to be able to get your xp 😂

omg the friesians really need to be updated lmaoo i agree with that honestly I wish SSO would get done with updating all of their horses, graphics, NPCs, etc. And just be done switching to their new art style with all of that. I think the alternating between new and updated are really nice, as it gives the game a bit more ~flavour~, and the ETB were not a fail! The coats are gorgeous and the animations are so smooth 💖
Anna MacLean, I think the ETB is icky the model is just not really my thing and the animations are not it for me they just look awkward and the colors are eh they didn’t really do anything interesting or new which is disappointing honestly and I’ve been waiting for them to be updated for a while but that’s all my opinion

I hope that when they update the Friesian, they make them look more like an actual Friesian instead of a horse from Barbie lol. Horses in real life generally come in three sizes. Small (pony), medium (standard horse), and heavy (work horses). Friesians in game now fall under the medium category, when in real life, they're technically a heavy built breed. I think the main confusion with it is they always look pretty slick and slim, but they're bigger and bulkier than a normal standard horse. I think that if they apply that, so more fur and hair around the hooves, more muscles and such, the updated version would look much more accurate and pretty!
i've always wanted horses to be able to buck, kick, rear or stop. for example, a lower level horse is more likely to stop at jumps, kick, rear or buck and a lower level rider is more likely to fall off when this happens. the more trained the horse, the better behaved they are. obviously there would be an option to disable this feature, but i think it'd be cool none the less. also like if you get too close to a big jump, they stop (like in real life) and they jump smaller over small jumps and bigger over big jumps
When it comes to the Warmbloods, they might look practically the same in the game ^^' they even kinda do in real life Besides, most of Warmbloods have a huge percentage of Thoroughbred blood, so it contributes to all of them looking alike
thats what I was thinking. Most warmblood breeds look really similar. I recon they should just update the oldest breed but make heaps of different coat colours from the other wb breeds as well

Hi Denise! So you said your races are glitching that’s been happening to me too. So what u need to is log off and finish the race but at the last check point make sure you walk through it instead of gallop! Hope this helped!
Just a tip, I was having issues with not collecting XP too but then I asked people why this was happening and then they said because I was picking up flowers during races. Super helpful and now I don’t have the issue anymore!! 😄😄🧡
I know many would disagree and want huge differences between the three but if we look at IRL AQHAs, APHAs and Appys, they're almost the same. They don't even need particular markings to differentiate themselves since now there's a solid Paint and Appy registry as well as outcrop AQHAs becoming paints, etc. I just want basically millions more coats on the new AQHA model but maybe make the special 'move' different between the three breeds? Like the AQHA gets the slide and the spin, the APHA could get a roll back and a side step, the Appy could get a really floaty hunter trot? Idk but they should not look like 3 super different breeds, just like the first variations, *ya know?*
Also, I NEEED the fresians and fresians sports to be updated with better coats. That purple horse is absolutely gross. The silver one is weird. I need some solid and patterned horses that are realistic...like a buckskin, a liver chestnut, a cherry bay, maybe a white/grey that didn't end up metalic???
Shires, Friesians, paints and Arabians are definitely the main breeds I want to see updated! I feel like each of the warmblood breeds will end up quite similar anyway, so if they only updated one or two of them I wouldn't complain.
Oh Denise a little tip for when you can't collect your xp in races: Don't pick up the flowers bc it's an ongoing bug where you can't collect your xp after a race if you do that. Ik its sooooooo annoying :/
I have a theory that the last two breeds that will be updated this year is Shirehorses (October 2020) and Icelandic horses (December 2020). Those breeds were added in October 2015 (shire) and December 2015 (icelandic). Lisa the 3D-artist have said that breeds with more color variations IRL will have 9 coats in the game. So the Shire will then have 7 at max since they don't really come in that many colors IRL, and the Icelandic will be 9! I'm so excited to see what they're gonna look like updated and what colors the Team decides to create! 😍😍
The dark riders and their horses need some help, they’ve updated a little in newer quests I think... maybe? Also, I want more baited horses, like Tennessee walkers etc., they have so many coat variations and I would like other breeds to be able to do the Icelandic race, and tooting and parking, yeah.
Danish Warmblood, Hanoverian, Dutch Warmblood, Oldenburg, Selle Francais, I literally don't care which one they update but PLEASE we need a nice, hunter/jumper type warmblood breed updated. All I want is a pretty sport horse with nice coats and gaits. (;-;)
I’ve Ben playing for 4 and a half years and I still never got a Frisian because when I was 8 I thought they looked weird and fake and I loved the shires, now instead I have a shire in the place of a friesian

I think you cannot pick up your XP because you are picking up flowers during the race! Also, I agree that the old models should be updated, but a lot of the warmblood types look alike, so I think it will be difficult for the creators to make the horses different enough so people don't get mad...
Fun fact about the german warmblood breeds - even though there are 11 seperate german breeds, they are allowed to breed a hanoverian with a Holsteiner and the foal could be registered as a Westphalian if it reaches the expectation for what a Westphalian has to look like. Almost all breeds can be crossed and registered as something else except for the Trakehners, this breed has a closed studbook.
I think Star Stable could update the Arabians and add in Hungarian Sport Horses and Brumbies that you could tame! But they need to take it easy with all the adding and updating horses. Maybe update some graphics in Dino valley
I agree with most all. Especially with the Icelandics. I guess because I hate those horses the most (In game. IRL they are like one of the prettiest to me) I guess ones I'd like to see are the Halflingers, Appaloosas, and Westphalians. And then of course our characters getting updated as well as Justin and Thomas.
i have a soft spot for one of the hanoverians bc he looks exactly like a horse i used to ride irl, his name was george (and oldfriend on sso) and i was so stunned that all of the markings were the exact same, that i bought him even though the models look like play doh

I love danish warmbloods in real life too, I actually bought one in SSO before but then I sold it due to the old model. I really do hope they get an update and knowing me I'll most likely buy the bay or dark bay one
another thing they could update other than land and horses; is giving Jorvik weather and the characters (especially the soul riders and Druids) a voice because that would highly elevate the game
5:04 I think it's happening because you picked the flower during the race. It happened to me every time I picked a flower. I always had to log out and do the race again. Star stable should fix this.
I agree with you, there are so many old model horses that Really need and deserve to be updated. I'm really looking forward to the day that they update the Paint and Appaloosa horses, although I really hope they don't make them too much like the AQH models. Hey! Don’t know if you’ll see this but the reason you can’t get the xp is because you got the plant thing whatever for farah, it’s annoying but I just do the “start a high score race” thing and get the plant that way so I can remember where it was.
Something I'd like to see in the game....any magic horses are not reskins of other horses. Like make them unique (I get it, it'd be harder but it'd make these horses more special if they like had a special model for them...like imagine Fawncy with like longer more deer like legs, antlers, and a deer tail instead of a horse tail) Maybe even give them specific boosts depending on like what they can do or let the darn water horses actually swim...idk that's just my thought process on something I'd like to see.

I love this breed in real life, but now the horse in the game getting old. And I think they should update the Arabian horse, even if the 2nd generation for this horse is not that bad, they can make something really good with him. In fact I'm exacting for every breeds because sso makes beautiful horse with good animation now. They've improve a lot even if they make some mistakes sometimes 🤭

My friend warned me recently to not pick up flowers while racing, which I noticed you did in Valedale. I believe that is why you couldn't collect the XP. She said it would simply result in not getting the XP when you would finish the race, and you kinda proved it. I also agreed during the whole video, the generation 1 models, and the 1.5 as well as some gen 2, definitely needs sum love. I'd love to see support for the Andalusians, but I'm kinda more of a.... I need a different model type of person. Like the older horses used to be same models but different breeds y'know, never liked that. Need variation. And out of topic, we need more ponies and draft horses, that's my ted talk. OOPs my bad, the andalusians was updated, I keep messing it up with the friesians..
I think the team afraid to make the American Paint Horse after the Andalusian-Knabtrupper thing, because even if it's the same model, people are gonna drag them down because "Why is it the same animation blablanla?" cause people are not informed too much about horses. And I think they want to make the coats incredible as the Quarter's.

I wish with all my heart that one day Star Stable will add Finnhorses into the current version. The Autumn rider game had a Finnhorse available. Finnhorses are a gorgeous cold blood breed, and I belive they would translate very well into the SSO world. If they're ever added to the game they should be cold resistant and should have extra stats in strength, discipline and endurance!
It's possible that we have already seen an updated Icelandic as the book Soul Riders: Jorvik Calling describes Tin-Can as looking a lot like an Icelandic.
I have 2 old or kinda old horses I actually like and those are the old fjords (they are off sale but you can see sometimes people riding on it or in a quest in dino valley) and also the jorvik wild horse.
I actually made a list of the breeds that are yet to be updated 2 days ago!! :o anyways, without the gen 1.5 there are 13 breeds left to update, they add 6 new breeds every year (jorvik wilds are not counted), out of the 6, there are 2 completely new breeds added. I did the math and for all these 19 horse breeds to be added to the game, they will be done in December 2023.
I think you should consider playing rdr2 Denise but probably just like review the horses cause then you could get demonetized but the horses in rdr2 are so amazing
I want them to update the horses that don't really have their own model like the Oldenburg, the Selle Français, the Morab, Westphalian, Dutch and Danish Warmblood like Denise mentioned. Currently they're using the Jorvik Warmblood's model. Then I really wanna see the Lippizaner and Friesian updated. There's a lot I want updated but these are the priority for me (horse breed wise).

When you do a race, and pick up the plant/flower the race glitches so you don’t get the reward. so you have to reload and do the race again to get it.

Danish Warmblood, Hanoverian, Dutch Warmblood, Oldenburg, Selle Francais, I literally don't care which one they update but PLEASE we need a nice, hunter/jumper type warmblood breed updated. All I want is a pretty sport horse with nice coats and gaits. (;-;)

I personally really love the old Friesians! I have 3 Regular, and 4 Friesian sport ones. I think they could use a future update though.

I LOVE Hannoverians irl, they're probably my favorite breed and I'm so sad that they are an old model in sso and look kinda weird like all old model horses 🙁
I think you cannot pick up your XP because you are picking up flowers during the race!
Also, I agree that the old models should be updated, but a lot of the warmblood types look alike, so I think it will be difficult for the creators to make the horses different enough so people don't get mad...
The race is just a glitch. It happens to me too. It’s so ANNOYING!
Fun fact about the german warmblood breeds - even though there are 11 seperate german breeds, they are allowed to breed a hanoverian with a Holsteiner and the foal could be registered as a Westphalian if it reaches the expectation for what a Westphalian has to look like. Almost all breeds can be crossed and registered as something else except for the Trakehners, this breed has a closed studbook.
I think Star Stable could update the Arabians and add in Hungarian Sport Horses and Brumbies that you could tame! But they need to take it easy with all the adding and updating horses. Maybe update some graphics in Dino valley
I agree with most all. Especially with the Icelandics. I guess because I hate those horses the most (In game. IRL they are like one of the prettiest to me)
I guess ones I'd like to see are the Halflingers, Appaloosas, and Westphalians. And then of course our characters getting updated as well as Justin and Thomas.
As a Danish person (who already loves the knabstrupper) I'd love to see an updated Danish warmblood. that'd be so cool!!

i have a soft spot for one of the hanoverians bc he looks exactly like a horse i used to ride irl, his name was george (and oldfriend on sso) and i was so stunned that all of the markings were the exact same, that i bought him even though the models look like play doh

Omg I wish they'd update the haflingers. I love those horses, they're so cute IRL. I also wish they'd make the fjords look more realistic. It's really just the face they need to fix, the coats are fine imo and the Percheron mane! I wish they'd make it look smoother
I love danish warmbloods in real life too, I actually bought one in SSO before but then I sold it due to the old model. I really do hope they get an update and knowing me I'll most likely buy the bay or dark bay one

another thing they could update other than land and horses; is giving Jorvik weather and the characters (especially the soul riders and Druids) a voice because that would highly elevate the game

I think it's happening because you picked the flower during the race. It happened to me every time I picked a flower. I always had to log out and do the race again. Star stable should fix this.
I agree with you, there are so many old model horses that Really need and deserve to be updated. I'm really looking forward to the day that they update the Paint and Appaloosa horses, although I really hope they don't make them too much like the AQH models. I'm also looking forward to and hoping they will update the Warmbloods soon. I love your channel(s) BTW.

Hey! Don’t know if you’ll see this but the reason you can’t get the xp is because you got the plant thing whatever for farah, it’s annoying but I just do the “start a high score race” thing and get the plant that way so I can remember where it was.
I really want them to update the Lipizzaners because they are stunning in irl but in the game they are just really bad.
Would kill for updated shires.

Something I'd like to see in the game....any magic horses are not reskins of other horses. Like make them unique (I get it, it'd be harder but it'd make these horses more special if they like had a special model for them...like imagine Fawncy with like longer more deer like legs, antlers, and a deer tail instead of a horse tail) Maybe even give them specific boosts depending on like what they can do or let the darn water horses actually swim...idk that's just my thought process on something I'd like to see.

I really want the Shire horse update. I love this breed in real life, but now the horse in the game getting old.
And I think they should update the Arabian horse, even if the 2nd generation for this horse is not that bad, they can make something really good with him.
In fact I'm exacting for every breeds because sso makes beautiful horse with good animation now. They've improve a lot even if they make some mistakes sometimes 🤭
I do hope that in the future we can update the horses we already own to the new updated ones, but that it’s a choice just like with the starter horse you could change it

My friend warned me recently to not pick up flowers while racing, which I noticed you did in Valedale. I believe that is why you couldn't collect the XP. She said it would simply result in not getting the XP when you would finish the race, and you kinda proved it.
I also agreed during the whole video, the generation 1 models, and the 1.5 as well as some gen 2, definitely needs sum love. I'd love to see support for the Andalusians, but I'm kinda more of a.... I need a different model type of person. Like the older horses used to be same models but different breeds y'know, never liked that. Need variation. And out of topic, we need more ponies and draft horses, that's my ted talk.

I think the team afraid to make the American Paint Horse after the Andalusian-Knabtrupper thing, because even if it's the same model, people are gonna drag them down because "Why is it the same animation blablanla?" cause people are not informed too much about horses. And I think they want to make the coats incredible as the Quarter's.

you can’t pick up flowers while doing any race (besides soul riding missions), thats why you don’t get the exp, sso on their instagram said that they are currently working to fix that glitch

I wish with all my heart that one day Star Stable will add Finnhorses into the current version. The Autumn rider game had a Finnhorse available. Finnhorses are a gorgeous cold blood breed, and I belive they would translate very well into the SSO world. If they're ever added to the game they should be cold resistant and should have extra stats in strength, discipline and endurance!

It's possible that we have already seen an updated Icelandic as the book Soul Riders: Jorvik Calling describes Tin-Can as looking a lot like an Icelandic.
I have 2 old or kinda old horses I actually like and those are the old fjords (they are off sale but you can see sometimes people riding on it or in a quest in dino valley) and also the jorvik wild horse.

I actually made a list of the breeds that are yet to be updated 2 days ago!! :o anyways, without the gen 1.5 there are 13 breeds left to update, they add 6 new breeds every year (jorvik wilds are not counted), out of the 6, there are 2 completely new breeds added. I did the math and for all these 19 horse breeds to be added to the game, they will be done in December 2023.
A tip! Do not pick flowers when your raceing then you wont have the no XP bug! :)

I think you should consider playing rdr2 Denise but probably just like review the horses cause then you could get demonetized but the horses in rdr2 are so amazing
I want them to update the horses that don't really have their own model like the Oldenburg, the Selle Français, the Morab, Westphalian, Dutch and Danish Warmblood like Denise mentioned. Currently they're using the Jorvik Warmblood's model. Then I really wanna see the Lippizaner and Friesian updated. There's a lot I want updated but these are the priority for me (horse breed wise).
