I meditate, do yoga and spend time everyday learning spanish. Feed wellness to my body soul and brain. Gratitude and visualization of course. It works, I am living my best life ever.
I have made some habits for myself which think have really made me stable mentally and emotionally and which have started reflecting physically also. 1. Meditation --- at any time of the day for 10 min. 2- detaching myself from facebook and twitter. 3. Writing down my goals. 4. Doing my studies in short spans of time and taking periodic breaks. 5 . A daily habit of drinking black tea without sugar. 6. A daily listening to my self made affirmations. 7. gratitude in your living. 8. Listening more than speaking. 9. Spending quality time with parents. 10. A quality sleep for 7 hours.

I love all the free masterclasses I come across on RUclips. I'm a 30 year old stay at home mom of 4 and just in the last year started a spiritual journey and personal growth. Mind valley has been a blessing. I just did the life book free masterclass loved it!
I've implimented some of these principles in my life for the past 12 months after going through dark moments for almost 7 years. AND it includes 'church'. And what a awesome journey and change in every aspect of my life! Even found God through meditation'. Life were never this great!

I give gratitude mostly before I go to sleep, and if I remember also during the day. Also, I practice self observation and detachment. If there is something in my day, not to my liking, I separate myself from the situation as an observer and ask myself what advice I would give myself, if I were my own client. This gives a lot of clarity. Next, and a very important thing for me, is that I consciously conjuring up the feeling of love and sending it to my loved ones.

I get up by 5 am and work for 3 hours straight on my project. I am in a classes. I wrote books and alot of the work have got success. I sit and meditate for 15 min in the morning and then do my project and class work. I actually do not begin to clean my house until I am ready to break my fast.

There are both 2 types of successor in wealth and career: 1) The one that sacrifices many things for the his/her ultimate goal of wealth and work. There are many example of these people. 2) The one that maintain balance between every important aspects in life such as work, wealth, relationship, health, emotion, and spirits. There is also many example of these types of people. But I believe your principal is the best and I recommend the path to success by having everything!! Me and my husband is similar. Me and my husband spend the last hour daily together, regardless and one whole day together a week,and every few months we go away for a few days. We go for a walk twice a week. I also burn inscents and candles daily. We both had got fat and lazy and now we are losing the weight, and we have lost alot of weight.

These are so logical and I’m doing some already. It is so hard to bring my husband to understand the importance of this. I have given up on getting him on board which sucks because it impacts me.
I've been watching a lot of these two via mindvalley lately! They are certainly amazing and inspiring. I find my problem personally is I simply dont have the circumstances. I know what I want but everything and everyone in my life seems to be conspiring against me. For example the person I live with thinks smoothies and exercise and meditating is a load of rubbish. They have NO clue about aiming high in life. I stress everyday over being better and doing better but she's so happy with her mundane, meaningless life it baffles me. She is much older than me and thinks the internet is a load of trolls. I want to network online, build a following and be creative but I dont get enough time to myself since she needs constant help and attention. Its exhausting and frustrating. My perfect life would be impossible right now. Anyway, just venting on a random video lol dont mind me. Love this method in theory... hoping my life will change someday.
To be honest, you should either tell her to give you some space and let you do what you want or break up with her and if she BEGS you to stay, don't and tell her that if she changes or at least give you respect and personal space THEN you can get back with her if YOU want

Some great stuff - Most people would find it very challenging to connect and go for a walk for up to an hour at the end of the day - who is making dinner? who is connecting with the kids? Although best thing for kids is having parent happily married, don't think the weekly date needs to be overnight, how about just an evening.

Jus want to add a very honest opinion. Nobody can sustain to live so perfectly throughtout the years. So can we afford to have some habits like cheat foods, latenight sleeps, some wine or a whisky shot or smoke sometimes.
The question is if you hadn’t inhereted your father’s business possibilities (and wealth since you decided to recieve it after you tried to go completely on your own and realized it wasn’t a smart decision in the long run) do you think you would have been able to focus on a successful 12 category life without the massive financial help and business possibilities? I totally get what you say when you have to change your beliefs to make more money.. but, you didn’t have to deal with that struggle because you had an abundant money cushion to fall on in your adult and career driven years. What I mean is there is a bit of lack of integrity in your being since you don’t know what it’s like trying to make a wealthy business on your own without ever recieving your father’s financial & business help.

Love everything. I am doing the green smoothies and its great. The LOOONG 3 hour nap I do not comprehend. I can take a 10 to 15 nap but that's it.

I TEND TO SKIP LUNCH..JUST A LIGHT SNACK .I THEN CONTINUE WITH MY PLANNED TASKS OR DO OUT IN THE GARDEN FOR FRESH AIR AND SUNSHINES. LIE IN THE GRASS FOR 20 MINUTES AND ABSORB THE SUN. GET BACK INDOORS AND CONTINUE WITH TASKS .15 MINUTE POWER NAP.

I've been watching a lot of these two via mindvalley lately! They are certainly amazing and inspiring.
I find my problem personally is I simply dont have the circumstances. I know what I want but everything and everyone in my life seems to be conspiring against me.
For example the person I live with thinks smoothies and exercise and meditating is a load of rubbish. They have NO clue about aiming high in life. I stress everyday over being better and doing better but she's so happy with her mundane, meaningless life it baffles me. She is much older than me and thinks the internet is a load of trolls. I want to network online, build a following and be creative but I dont get enough time to myself since she needs constant help and attention. Its exhausting and frustrating. My perfect life would be impossible right now.
Anyway, just venting on a random video lol dont mind me. Love this method in theory... hoping my life will change someday.
To be honest, you should either tell her to give you some space and let you do what you want or break up with her and if she BEGS you to stay, don't and tell her that if she changes or at least give you respect and personal space THEN you can get back with her if YOU want

Some great stuff - Most people would find it very challenging to connect and go for a walk for up to an hour at the end of the day - who is making dinner? who is connecting with the kids? Although best thing for kids is having parent happily married, don't think the weekly date needs to be overnight, how about just an evening.

Actually praying is a type of meditation for believers. If you are not one, then other types of meditation are available to you.
The question is if you hadn’t inhereted your father’s business possibilities (and wealth since you decided to recieve it after you tried to go completely on your own and realized it wasn’t a smart decision in the long run) do you think you would have been able to focus on a successful 12 category life without the massive financial help and business possibilities? I totally get what you say when you have to change your beliefs to make more money.. but, you didn’t have to deal with that struggle because you had an abundant money cushion to fall on in your adult and career driven years. What I mean is there is a bit of lack of integrity in your being since you don’t know what it’s like trying to make a wealthy business on your own without ever recieving your father’s financial & business help.
