    Love the comment about Coke, same goes to McDonald's etc... My cheat meals consist of expensive ingredients, instead of binging on cr*p. So I basically cheat on my wallet by spoiling myself with wild seafood and exotic legumes, instead of cheating on my body!

      In my case Indian Street snack they 💯%healthy like samosa
      Which is make up of flour and fill with potato, coriander, pea and Indian spices and fried in mustered oil amazing 👍 right 😊☺️💜🇮🇳

    I just saw the video about how education needs to change by learning different topics. I admit. I cried. I came into this life awakened. I was tested in grade school and found out I was borderline genius. I remember my mom telling me if I kept it up I could go to Harvard. I remember thinking I dont want that. They dont teach anything worthwhile. I have more important things to do in life. As a kid I knew I wanted a different curriculum in school. I knew I was here for extraordinary things. This is why I cried with the video. It really resonated.

    One of the #1 Brules in my opinion is the reliance on meat and dairy. I feel that looking into veganism would be appropriate for such an inspiring, progressive leader who cares about health and the environment.

      You don't have to be vegan to be healthy! There are unhealthy vegans and there are healthy and strong non-vegans. It's NOT like you MUST be vegan otherwise you're unhealthy! No!

    Love most of the video and agree with most of your points. However at 15:18 when you start talking about the kettlebell swing, you are demonstrating incorrect form that could cause people to hurt themselves.

    Awesome video except for the sunscreen part. If your skin is aging in the sun, it's because your nutrition is off, not because the sun is bad. Look up pictures of masai tribe members who spend their entire life in the sun. They have beautiful skin.

    NY Post had an article stating that carbonated water makes you feel hungrier and erodes teeth enamel. I love it but maybe it’s not the best. Exercise hacks were great though. Thanks Vishen!

    In our rural life , maybe possible to collect fruits, but nothing any experience about such complex and comfortably increased by perfect guidance. As my most ordinary mind control power of highly recommend nutrition, maybe not possible to mentain perfect experience about such complex and uncomfortable feeling, but common sense of simple diet maybe mentain.

    Many workouts are described as Tabata-style workouts because they use a :20 on/:10 off protocol but are not true Tabata workouts that Dr. Izumi Tabata describes,... 95 % of all videos with the title "tabata" on RUclips are not True Tabata but just interval training same with most websites!. ...So actually what is the important part of tabata is that the 20 seconds of training are performed in 100% aka max heart rate (you should be completely out of breath!) and then followed by a 10-second rest....push ups and squats won't actually get you into the desired100% rate....more like 75-80% ....so for example, if you can still talk you are not training in a 100% heart rate. ...however things like burpees made in super fast speed, sprints or jumping jacks can get you there, ....

    He's wrong about sparkling water, the carbon molecules attach themselves to the calcium in our bones and pulls them out . Therefore Osteoporosis. I thought everyone knew that.

    How do you prove you have extended your life span? Other than being on the brink of death and being really obviously on your way out..unless you can somehow find out how long your body is programmed or predestined to last, for example, how can you actually say that you have succeeded in extending your life??
