Thanks for sharing this. Sound quality is great which makes this very useful (and rare). I’ve driven Oulton, a lot, but this has given me some new tips to improve my laps. Wish my car growled like yours.
Nice work,I could see it coming together real time,I know people will say they are faster and this and that blah blah blah, but I think you did a good job, let’s face it,we’re not all professional racing drivers.
@@YK-fj5bj I booked him for donington Park last month but before I had chance to go out with him my car blew up, lol. So my mate went out instead of me and learnt a lot.
generally overtaking is by consent on the straights, the slower car will move right on the straight to allow the faster car by on the left, they may use their indicators to signal this too. (I do) if the slower can doesn't move over quickly enough they'll get blue flags from the marshals,
It's just the way I'm driving it. Couple of reasons. If I shift at 6k it's still right in the powerband and pulls perfectly. Also if you track a c63 it gets hot quick. Shifting earlier keeps it cool.

Nice one. Great instruction and you can see the improvement as the laps go on!
Cheers, the instructer was Steve hewson, had him before at Donnington.
Great video, especially the clear tuition - people would do well to watch this before heading out to Oulton :)
The instructor is great! Thanks for posting.
Great instructor and very useful. Your car sounds great, can’t wait to take my ISF here.
This is one of my favorite driving videos on YT, thanks for sharing!
Really nice instruction(Im a Road Driving Instructor) and excellent response from yourself. Cant wait for my day next week in the M4
Good instructor with handy tips. Such a nice engine tone too. 👍
Great video, so much information and a great instructor

thats a nice little track, much better castle comb
Nice need more trail braking i think to stop sudden weight transfer
I would love to do something like this! are you using your own car? if you are , is there an option to use one of theirs?
abc def yes using my own car. It’s an open pit lane track day but I always like to get a bit of tuition in to help with the lines etc.
Hi, do you remember who your instructor was and/or which company this was booked through? I’d like to do the same 👍
It's was Steve hewson and the organiser was circuit days.
@@DubSe7en I thought I recognised the voice. Had Steve as instructor many times 👍

Do you give hand signals to allow cars to pass you? And when you pass a car do you have to get a hand signal from the car in front of you?

Why is your redline so low? My c63 is limited at 7200

also, I haven't set the redline properly in race render,
@@DubSe7en Any modifications? and what are the most helpful tips you got during the session?
