THE CATHEDRALS (1963-1999): have been one of the most popular "Southern Gospel" quartets. In the 1990ies The Cathedrals collaborated with Bill Gaither on the famous Gaither Homecoming videos and gave their farewell concert in May 1999 including special guests such as Guy Penrode, The Oak Ridge Boys, the Statler brothers and the Gaither Vocal band.

George Younce was such a fabulous singer - not just a deep voice, but an all around singer of the highest degree.
George Younce is the best bass singer of all time.
