A man that respects an elderly lady by saying "Mam" ! Thank you Dennis Collins for being a great example. We need more shows like "Coffe Talk and more respect shown.
Well, I would guess most of the people watching “Dennis” and his coffee walks are men? I how ever am a 60 year old gal that just loves this channel and all his “barn finds” love his passion and drive that makes this all work! Love that these cars will get restore or up and running again and back on the road where they belong. Can’t wait to see this one back together ❤️

Dennis is AWESOME! Humble, no ego, great content and saving some super sick cars. His monkey buddy could learn a thing or 5 from his behavior. Ride on Dennis! You’re the man
The year I was born. Great find, Sir. Your employees love and respect you. You are a true gentleman to your customers and always feeding your workers with the best local fare.
Dennis. Great channel. Love the dialogue with the seller, the travel vlog (lol) and local food choices. Making me hungry for another project and a few meals. 😎👏
Thanks Dennis, Always look forward to a new Coffee Walk, and as always Enjoy it,and look forward to learning something new each time I watch. Thanks to you and your team, for your time. Have a blessed and safe weekend.🇺🇸👍
And that is why I enjoy watching Dennis and crew. He isn’t afraid to get dirty, find and save special cars like this one. He knew what to look for in serial numbers and brought the crew and tools to take it home! Hope we get to see the resurrection of this XKE as it progresses!
Dennis, I really enjoy your Coffee Walk videos, especially the barn-find videos with lunch at the best local place in town. My wife and I recently ate at Marty B’s in Bartonville after seeing your video about the ‘67 Mustang you bought near Flower Mound. Marty B’s was good. I really enjoy how you share your knowledge and experience with your younger guys. Thanks for sharing. I think I’ve watched them all. Keep ‘em coming, Dennis!
It's sad to see a project that never got finished it happens way too often. Great you found it and it's worth saving and will be someone else's dream car good job.
Hi Dennis. In 1970,my brother in law was 18,and was looking to buy a car.His friends said get a Corvette,or a Mustang, etc. He bought a 1968 Jaguar XKE Roadster. He drove it regularly until 1974 when he got married to my sister. Then drove it some until 1977.Before their first child was born in 1977,they took it on a road trip from here in Washington State, down to Southern California, back up through Nevada.Ran flawlessly. It pretty much sat in the garage until about 3 years ago when he sold it.He paid $3500. For it in 1970.I don’t know what he sold it for,but it went to a dealer in New York, and then someone in England bought it and is doing a complete restoration of it.
My Dad was in the Army & retired in 1972 stationed at Ft Hood. We lived in Copperas Cove about 25 miles from Lampasas. Mr. Collns confirmed what I already knew growing up; I was in the middle of NOWHERE. Joined the Air Force in 1986, left central Texas and have missed it ever since. Sometimes the middle of nowhere is really heaven. Thanks for the cruise down memory lane......
This is one of the most intriguing channels on RUclips. It was just posted today and already has 35 thousand views. That in itself says a lot. Keep them coming Dennis, I learn every time I watch.
I really enjoy this channel even as a mechanic ! And I enjoy you guys giving so mutch detail and love for jaguars, my dad has a numbers matching 62 roadster that I helped maintains as a kid so it has a soft spot in my hart !
I wish I knew of a car Dennis would love to find, just to spend time with the crew and take them to Miller's Bar in Dearborn, MI. He is such a genuine guy!
Thanks Dennis for saving an awesome car, eating at one of my favorite restaurants and visiting the hometown of one of my dearest friends :)!!!! Awesome 👏!
Another great video. Brought back memories of my dad and his Jag's... he owned a '68 XKE and a '53 XK120 DHC. Dennis, you're a gentleman, sir. Always kind and respectful to your team and the families who own these wonderful old cars. Including the back story with the car and its former owner is a nice touch that makes the episode extra special. Well done!
It is just the highlight of my week. Just incredible finds. Please restore this one and let us follow along. God what an incredible build this would be. Make a full series on this car’s restoration.
Hi Dennis. You such a classy stand up guy. You treat everyone with respect. It’s always a pleasure watching you rescue cars. Thank you for giving us the thrill of the hunt. Have a great weekend.
Honestly this looks like a ton of fun. Going and discovering these old girls in barns and searching through all the stuff to find all the parts to bring her back to life. OUTSTANDING
Wow, I used to hunt down in that area in the early 1980’s I was stationed at Fort Hood twice, and well saw so many cool cars back then just end up sitting, always wondered what happened to them, knew plenty of guys that retired in the 80’s to the Fort Hood area, so my guess is there are a lot more cars from around the country and around the world sitting in garages and buildings down there! Thanks for the memories! And great video as always
I never knew of Mr. Dennis Collins before ol tricky Ricky showed him off, proudly, on one of my favorite TV shows ;) ;) lol But, I have to say Dennis is a class act!! I learned how to drive a stick in my Dad's 62 XKE Roadster. I wish that he still had it. It was a matching numbers triple black with the wood grain package and the Nardi steering wheel. Georgeous car! I would love to see the resto on that red 64!
My favorite car when I was a kid growing in Ireland, I still remember the first one I actually saw in London England back in the early '80s. Luckily for me, it was stuck in traffic so I had a while to take it all in. Gorgeous!!!!

I really enjoy the videos that you post Dennis and it will be good to see this little XKE when it is put back on the road.

This would be a great car for Dennis to restore and send it to the auction or just outright sell it himself.
What a piece of history.
