Not really a comment on yours, but if you watch enough Dennis Collins vids he negotiates in private over the phone before he even goes to see it (really only his business anyways) as opposed to Gas Monkeys "Schtick" where they give him a really high price and he offers half, but then they seem to always agree making it look like Richard got such a great deal. I find it ironic that Dennis content just gets better and GMG just gets worse, heck Dennis' guys build a lot more than GMG does nowadays as well.
I 'd love to see you guys give updates on some of these types of rescues, like where did the fastback go, did they choose to restore it or resto mod it etc.

F&A. '75 and 77 long box Toyotas on my Uncles farm. He added helper springs and we would haul 2,400 to 2,600 lbs to town 20 miles away of goods. Man they got thrashed hard. Lasted soooo long. Rust finally put them under. So much respect for these units. My cousin even rolled the '75 in the ditch and we used it for years....haha . I cherish those good days in my life.
My friend's dad had a Toyota dually like that with a pop up camper on the back of it. I remember one summer he rode that thing everywhere fishing and camping it was great..

Those dually Toyotas are pretty popular in the 80s in Maine. I remember seeing a lot of them as work trucks and Uhauls and always thinking it was strange to have such a small motor with a heavy duty chassis and dually.
They had single-wheel-1 tons both gas and diesel they had 5 lug wheels just like the two wheel drive Toyotas very hard to tell except they had a sticker that said one ton

PS2 - Seabee brought back a similar dually Toyota truck to Port Hueneme in Ventura County. It always got double takes when driving around town. PS3 - video production values are getting better. no that extended cab was made in the sates. basically the same cabs motor homes used to design like the toyoat doplins. Another american company made them extened cabs. early mazdas were also done. Thee dually whels are just a simple bolt on kit.

Mopar or no car I love it. I'm big Mopar guy. I have a Dodge ram I love it. I really miss My 1971 Dodge charger my family had sense new. I had to sell it because of a family thing I had to pay for. I really hope to get another Mopar some day but I can't right now my 1 year old just had to have a big heart surgery. We are still waiting for her to go in for her 2nd surgery she has to have. Some day I would love to get another Mopar I can take her to car shows and for rides in. But anyway I love your channel and watch it all the time. My first car in 1988 was my Dads 1978 2L Toyota Cressida Wagon (purchased new). I let it go with 220,000 miles on the clock. It only failed to start once in all that time. Rust got the better of it after a poor repair in its life when it was involved in an accident.
That Toyota is a Mini Trucker is a dream rig. I know a few of my buddies would give an arm and a left nut for it. They would cut that thing up and have it bagged sitting on 22's in no time
I'm a bit surprised that Dennis hasn't thrown a couple of sets of GuniWheels on the trailer yet. Might not work incredibly well off road but they might save a fair bit of time and hassle
I know a guy who has the exact same Mustang, '65 fastback, honey gold in and out, 2 barrel 289 and three speed. Even has the same stock hubcaps. His is really nice.
Whatever Dennis is paying Alex he's worth it, just goes about his work and gets it done, no fanfare required. And, those portions were huge.
