I don’t think he needs to keep up. Soraru’s silky smooth calm voice + mafumafu’s strong and high vocal range voice is part of what makes them a good unit.
It’s definitely not an exaggeration to say that considering he can literally do a duet with himself using a female voice. It’s not even a voice changer which is even more amazing.
I'm becoming mafumafu fan this year. I'm fallen in love with the song called hated by life itself. But my fave is dear doppelganger because the mv is super interesting and the high note. The high note is one part of my life. I have a really really slow voice. Even my parent and my friends can't hear it properly unless i forced my voice. I hate my voice and depressed about it but when i heard mafumafu high note in dear doppelganger, it's like telling me "I'm screaming for you". that make me cry and relief. Now, wherever i feel depressed or i can't tell my opinion to others, i hear mafumafu song which is dear doppelganger to hear that beautiful high note. It's calm me down from breaking myself more. Sorry if the story sound super depressed 😅
