As a Mafumafu fan and a Vocaloid composer who makes songs inspired by Japanese artists including Mafumafu, this is well-made. I can totally relate with this video, the whole process especially the mixing part. Utau is much harder to use than Vocaloid in my opinion and I’m really surprised that you managed to tune it well. I know nothing about Mafumafu, vocaloid, jpop, or anything of the sort, but as a musician, i can confidently say that this absolutely fucking slaps. There is so much diversity in the music, it's dynamic and chaotic, yet structured and organised. To think that you believed this is *bad* is a sin. You should be not only proud of yourself, you should be celebrating! You are right, making music is hard, but by god have you hit the nail on the head here. I genuinely mean this when i say you have potential. And don't let the fact that you drew a lot from Mafumafu's style detract from that idea of potential- everybody starts somewhere, and everybody has their inspirations. I know nothing about Mafumafu, vocaloid, jpop, or anything of the sort, but as a musician, i can confidently say that this absolutely fucking slaps. There is so much diversity in the music, it's dynamic and chaotic, yet structured and organised. To think that you believed this is *bad* is a sin. You should be not only proud of yourself, you should be celebrating! You are right, making music is hard, but by god have you hit the nail on the head here. I genuinely mean this when i say you have potential. And don't let the fact that you drew a lot from Mafumafu's style detract from that idea of potential- everybody starts somewhere, and everybody has their inspirations. Modern music is absolutely chock full of sampling, copying and referencing.
Keep at this and keep sharing your music. I believe you will go far!

THIS IS GENUINELY SUCH A BANGER if you put this on Spotify or even uploaded to RUclips as its own song I’d unironically listen to it. This is so impressive and inspiring, I’ve always wanted to learn how to make music but I similarly had/have no clue where to start. But seeing that someone else with nothing but some distant music theory knowledge under their belt is capable of creating something so well put-together after only 3 months of earnest work makes me feel super motivated to try harder!!!
