Shout Out to Dungeoncast!! I've been playing D&D for over 30 years and I still learn new tid bits from your show all the time. I recommend your show to anyone who has questions about various topics. Keep up the good work.
I wish I had more space to tell the story of my first encounter with Sahuagin. I was guest starring with a campaign of six people in Ravnica. My character, a lvl 4 rune knight shifter of the long tooth verity, was hunting what happened to be one of their big bad. We arranged a parley (though one of the characters didn't know what that was) and met with king shark. The other players oddly treated this guy like a quest giving NPC, though he had killed and displayed our seafaring tabaxi's crew members in the next room. So, being a big cat, I interrupted their questing (?) to straight up challenge him to a fight, claiming that he had no bullocks (my character was based off of Vinnie Jones in Snatch and Lock Stock). I intimidated our way out of a trap with trash talk. Sadly, during our duel, I was the recipient and ground zero for a fireball, shatter, cannon ball and ballista in the opening round of combat, and yo-yo'd for the rest of the game. Lesson learned: don't taunt Sahuagin, unless you have a good team.
I've started watching these while taking a shower, and I think this will be possibly the best one to listen to while covered in water. Keep up to good work, love the content
Sea water in your mouth is the accumulated skeet, crap, and dead parts of everything living in the ocean, delivered directly to your mouth. Brian was too polite to say that, shockingly.
I really enjoy hearing about nasty fish bois and even call backs to Tritons (the best fish bois! 🐠) Thanks for posting some fun D&D lore Will and Brian! You guys have a HUGE amount of influence on the NPCs that I act out for my players.
Yeah, it feels the *scales* become unbalanced when I'm later than you. You also stole my fishy comment. I knew you claiming you couldn't come up with puns was fishy in it's self. You *caught* me with my guard down, just as you expected.
Is would have replied sooner ashen, but I was busy leaving my own comment. I guess I'm better at using fish puns than hill giant puns. I need to *atuna* myself to the ways of puns for other creatures. I even made sure to come here before finishing the video to ensure I'd beat you here just so I could use that fishy pun.
I said it the right way for years, always thought it sounded weird/off. I like the way Will pronounced it originally better. It is the proper way to say it in my realm now. Also was stationed at Ft. Huachuca for a few years-Huachuca is pronounced wha chu ka-so there's that.
Love this video I’m running a Ghost of Saltmarsh campaign and they added like 5 new Sahuagin, sharks, and lizardfolks you guys would love them. Keep up the good work!
I'm currently running Saltmarsh so this is really helpful for me to just make sure I know what I need to know about them for certain parts of the module.
I'm pretty sure the real reason Sahuagin hate dolphins is because for every 1 Sahuagin 3 dolphins will come to take turns being the 2 to hold them still while the 3rd violently thrusts their phallus up that fish cloaca. Pretty sure.
I have liked and commented! I continue to serve the wet dungeoncast! Greetings again milords! How does the day fare for you, good I hope? The sahuagin eh? I've read of these things before, they are of little threat down their in the sea. I'll let the sea elves and the tritons deal with such threats. Should they somehow invade our good lands I'll smite them down with holiest smite of knowledge and laughter. For now though I have more than enough threats to deal with on land while cities and towns are being rebuilt after the slime outbreak. I've spent most of my time warding off looters and bandits. Their has been the occasional orc raiding party looking to capitalise on the lands weakened state. Don't worry though, me and my men have shown them followers of knowledge and laughter don't bend knee easily! Haha! Till next week milords, -your paladin dorian. I really hope that farmer, or in this case swimming seamus becomes a running joke. it's to great. Thanks for my weekly fix boys, always bringing me higher than a melding myconoid. June 7th is your birthday will? Well I shall make a mental note of that to remember. Although I have a horrible memory so that may not work. Can't wait for their return of SQS guys, stay safe and have a good day. Hope special guest jake and Josh are doing ok as well.
Not exactly aquatic but would you all ever consider doing an episode on Cloud Rays? (From Athas basically manta rays that evolved to survive in Dark Sun's dessert climate)
And after that comment. Say goodbye to the possibility of any Chipotle sponsorship edit: (commenting as I watch) they could use underwater volcanic vents as their forges.
No because that’s when there’s some type of light source that your eyes can use. Things that have dark vision can see in the absence of no light. Like a cave or a completely dark room like a basement
I found your video by deciding not to give a click to a youtuber who called me names and treated me like I was being hostile. Here is a comment. To balance the search results out I am going to hit refresh each time this video ends until tomorrow noon. Who needs sleep?
I love these Fishy Bros AND the Dungeoncast!
Literally just finished a session with these as the main enemies. Love the vids guys, stay beautiful.

How dare Will question whether or not sharks eat their siblings in the womb. Of course they do.
I am so glad that these guys got an episode!

Brian is the best. "They are like elves"..."Nope"..."But Elves are lawful"..."Nope, Chaotic Good"
If you are looking for an aquatic goblinoid I recommend Koalinth. They are lobster hobgobs
Break Ends 12:03
I was actually looking for some aquatic creatures for my game
Sahuagin are bronze dragon's favorite food.

More fishy boys! Get enough episodes of fish monsters and we could have a d and d school!
I find the fact that ashen isn't here yet... *fishy*

I knew it was the fin when I saw you commented first. Gg

Fishy Boys, alright! Love you guys and love your content.
Sea Elves are basically sea monkeys
R.i.p Shamus the water farmer
Devils are basically fire Elves.
Love this video I’m running a Ghost of Saltmarsh campaign and they added like 5 new Sahuagin, sharks, and lizardfolks you guys would love them. Keep up the good work!
your content keeps me going while im at work, keep it up lads, keep safe out there.
Their are Fire Elves in Athas and their are Winged Elves. Basically every elf in Dragon Prince is a D&D elf
I'm currently running Saltmarsh so this is really helpful for me to just make sure I know what I need to know about them for certain parts of the module.
Hello! Do you guys plan to cover the Thay? Unless you already have. Thanks!
I'm pretty sure the real reason Sahuagin hate dolphins is because for every 1 Sahuagin 3 dolphins will come to take turns being the 2 to hold them still while the 3rd violently thrusts their phallus up that fish cloaca. Pretty sure.
you can definitly smell low tide.
Shark man. He gonna getcha!
Sharks do eat each other in the womb but I think it depends on the species
Hungry hungry Sahuagin.
oooh a classic
How do Sahuagin and Merrow interact. I guess Chaotic Evil and Lawful Evil, so conflict?
Evil tritons
If Jaws had land babies this would be them
These things terrify me when I let myself imagine swimming out in the beach
Praise Dagon. Stay healthy.
Need a dagon vid!

My first tpk was done through sahaguin
Hey, awesome!

Great video! You should do sea demons next!
@The Doungencast Aka Ixitxachitl there evil stingrays that are absolutely mad for demogorgon! Just to be clear!
Certain ranger weapons can be used underwater
Did y’all see the videos of the cannibalistic shark embryos?
A baron that is also a _baron_ should be called a baron²
I thought of them as sea orcs
ayyy first squad. love the videos guys keep up the good work
Great cast guys. One of my least favorite monsters in D & D but you still made it fun.
Wait, is "dark vision" just the normal thing we can all see in a darkened room after our eyes adjust? Is that why everything has that?
No because that’s when there’s some type of light source that your eyes can use. Things that have dark vision can see in the absence of no light. Like a cave or a completely dark room like a basement
If sahaguin are the anti sea elf, where does that leave aquatic drow lol
So mermaids have brothers
Now we know why there's no Mexican food in Super Quest Saga.
Mexican food is my absolute favorite cuisine actually. I just think Chipotle is gross.
Fish heads, fish heads
Roly-poly fish heads
Fish heads, fish heads
Eat them up, yum…
