The Tut TV strats caught me off guard, simply because I did not expect you to use the camel to cancel the TV twice, and therefore finish the level in a single pass, which is something that cannot be done normally in Gex 2 and 3 (with one...well, three exceptions in Gex 2).
The mythology level is such an evil piece of shit, and to this day when I play it I always have a fit at least once no matter how hard I try to stay calm.
They are not required for 100%. For Gex 2 100% that has a built-in percent counter, you can get 100% without collecting them, so same applies for this game.
I believe what you are talking about is a clock collectable. The clock collectables in these stages don’t count towards the percent value since they only add more time to the timer in Bonus Stages.
I did that to collect the first remote of that level without exiting the level. It is a kind of TV cancelling called "Slide TV Cancel". It got found pretty recently.
This was fun to watch. I love the precision and timing. Its so cool how you know exactly what to do and when.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the comment. It took a lot of nerves and practice to perfect this run.
One of my favourite old games. Love it. Congrats for the time!
Thanks :)
Slappy Valley was my favorite Hub World in this game. it was so beautifully designed and just the setting was so great
Dude holy shit i had no idea there was more than one Gex game!

Thanks a lot! :D

Hey it's the music on the gex ps1 disc

2:15:51 Is me after seeing the picture at 2:15:45.
Such a good game, the reviews were overly harsh when it came out
Another awesome work, congrats Reece! Any sub's 2:10 planned? :P
Thanks! :) I'm not planning to sub the 2:10 since it requires a nearly perfect run with more routing, lol.
Why didn't you collect any of the Gex's lost tapes? Are they necessary to 100%?

You missed the gold coin on the bonus stage in The Pole. if you're suppose to collect all the collectables than you missed one

@@Reece65536 you right. my bad, haven't played this game in forever
@james Someone Only took him 8 months to find out xD
1:14:17 why did you do that?
