  • A few months ago I went up to ‪@zackliftinternational4841‬ In Cle Elum Washington to tour their facility, and look at one of their 30 ton Genesis heavy wrecker units. I was very impressed with the build quality, as well as the design and capabilities of the Genesis, and after a deal was struck, I went to work finding a ‪@SeriousTrucks‬ truck to run it on, and a trailer to complete the package. The guys at Zacklift recently completed my unit, and I headed up for the install. This thing is a work of art! The guys way Zacklift take a lot of pride in what they build, and the quality of their work definitely does not go unnoticed! The install is a fairly simple process and they got it done pretty quick, then we had a little fun doing a photo and video shoot with both of our trucks. After that, I headed back home with my new heavy wrecker so I can put it to work!

Well here we go again. That 30 ton is NOT considered in the towing world as a heavy wrecker. that is a meaduime wrecker. Nice try to bs everybody Casey. Let me know when you want to come play with the big boys try a 50 ton stick boom or rotator or come take a look at my 100 ton rotator maybe ill bring it to the cleaveland tow expo. bring your 30 ton and ill pick it up and stand it on its nose.

It increases their credibility with anyone who knows you from RUclips and I'm certain real life. It's a match made in heaven. Casey, I am certainly impressed with the Zacklift models and their quality control. I see why you would choose them and I am not even a tow truck driver. What worries me is that now you might do more heavy lifting videos and I really enjoy the recovery videos where you go help out normal people who have gotten into situations where they are stuck by adverse conditions or through deficiencies in Google Maps or their own lack of forethought, sometimes in somewhat dangerous conditions. The humanity you demonstrate when you help people without charge, sometimes getting muddy or covered with cold snow, warms my heart and is a big part of the reason that I have wanted to watch all your videos (well, perhaps not the shorts :). Coupled with the good works you do for society of your public land cleanups and brutally honest product reviews you set a stellar example for us all. At the same time I realize you have to make a living and help support your family and I'm sure the new wrecker equipment will help you to do that. I'll keep watching because you explain well what you are doing and I enjoy seeing the scenery in a part of Oregon where I've never visited. Best of luck in the future.

WOW - I loved the flex at the end, picking up your ENTIRE trailer like it was nothing. Hearty congratulations to you Casey. I can see how much thought you put into this project, and I'm very excited to see all the adventures you are able to pull off with this amazing rig. Thanks for sharing, and best of luck!

being specific is a good thing you are a one man show. too many irons in the fire gets nothing done. Not. too many people plan career business , you have im new to the channel and i feel like i walked into the middle of movie and finally getting caught up. there will always be negative people out there saying my truck is bigger than yours. hey to them who cares! plenty of worms and plenty of fish continue to do good and be there to help great plan

Casey, I'm not a tow or recovery guy but I did do 40 years of SCCA amateur road racing and that kind of attention to detail like with grade 8 new bolts is just so cool. Hell I'd buy one just to show it off. Seriously, that is the kind attention to detail that builds Great race cars and now I'd have to say Great tow vehicles. Jim in Bend.

I’ve been watching you for years and have been eagerly waiting for this day. I always hoped a heavy wrecker would eventually join the fleet but not in the form of such a modular attachment. Extremely impressed by ZackLift’s product line and am so excited for you! Maybe a rotator in a few more years ;)
P.S. I think an interview with the CEO of ZackLift would be super interesting, he sounds like a really cool guy.

Congrats, Casey. That looks like a perfect rig for you. I realize I just watched a 40 minute informercial about Zacklift, but to me that's a small price to pay because I'll to get to see it (and you) in action in the future.

I’m a huge fan of the versatility of that unit, can’t wait to see it putting in work for you. Sure it’s probably not the same as a 50 ton wrecker but damn it sure can do what a regular wrecker can’t do as well.

My question is why are you planning on getting rid of the roll back.
Is it to save on insurance/taxes?
I belive it was just a year ago that you got the roll back and explained how it fit into your business plan.
      It's finally running again.

With those tie back points at the rear you could tow recover sideways in either direction using a pulley. Nice system because it allows the vehicle to be versatile. A permanent wrecker configuration only allows for towing only.

Way cool! Nice you see you back into Heavy like the name of your company--looking forward to seeing the Zacklift in real use. I hope you keep as busy as you need to be and that this can be profitable for you. It looks like you have room to put your headache rack back on--are you thinking about it, or going to do something else with that space? (And your backup skills are unsurpassed!) Thanks for all the great content.

I always wondered why you bought a long truck like that. I kind of expected you to shorten it. Very clever! It all makes sense now. That is some very creative thinking. You are definitely getting the most out of your truck. While 30 ton isn't huge, it is very capable and will allow you to do a lot. I'm sure that will meet your needs quite nicely.

It all makes sense now! 😁 I like how compact it is when all folded up. Definitely a quality product with attention to detail. I like how they've called the boom addition Genesis as they expand or have a new beginning of the product line. Guess we'll have to wait till next week to see it in action other than slinging your trailer in your yard! Great video and explanation Zacklift couldn't have picked a better spokesman/collaboration to get the word out!
