Keep doing these lives! The Don't worry about the views, the high-touch nature of it could easily mean tons of sales and you could become the go-to source if machines generate hype and the embargo lifts!
Hello guys, congratulations for having the best video of carezza on yt. Im willing to buy one of them. Would you recommend any other machine in this price range? It looks like the bang for the buck.
Hi f, thanks for the comment. Carezza is an excellent machine. In that class/price range the slightly less expensive Gaggia Espresso Evolution is also worthy of consideration. Check it out here including video: www.wholelattelove.com/products/gaggia-espresso-evolution?variant=43100556853302 Marc
any chance you could clarify something for me. pulling single shots, what is the best way on this machine? I have been told you can put a single shot in the single filter and make sure you use the rubber seal, but I thought this was just for ESE, and also have been told you can put a 1 or 2 shot dose in the larger basket and is also fine because the portafilter is pressurised. I'd like to understand what the best/correct way is with this machine.
Tech question. From my Carezza what I can tell is the baskets for the Carezza are not pressurized but the portafilter is? Would this be correct. So if you upgrade to the Edesia unpressurized portafilter for the Carezza do you need to change the baskets too? From what I can the baskets that I have with the Carezza are unpressurized based on how they look on the underside.
Hi hj, You are correct it is the portafilter that's pressurized and not the filter baskets. You should be able to use the stock baskets with an unpressurized portafilter so long as you are able to adjust your grind size for a proper extraction.

I bought the Gaggio Brera last Oct. and love it! So easy to use! Is this model more expensive? Just curious!

Hey hj, use the single basket for pulling singles from ground coffee or ESE pods.
