Not always! 1987 Raph doesn’t have anger issues, he’s just “cool but rude.” Rise Raph definitely *does* have some anger issues, they just aren’t highlighted nearly as much (he’s more violent toward objects than people)
To be fair Rise Raph is still pretty violent (arguably more than 1987 Raph), he’s just not *rude* like most other iterations (and isn’t *as* violent overall). I definitely prefer the typical Raph characterization, but I adore Rise Raph
