@@ShadowStar-wo8vi Jason Biggs, Leo's original VA from Season 1 to 19 episodes in Season 2 in this series got replaced because of some controversy with him joking around about a plane accident from 2014. Nickelodeon didn't want to be a part of that so they fired and replaced Biggs with Dominic Catrambone as a temporary VA for the last 7 episodes of TMNT 2012 S2 before putting Seth Green as Leo's VA going forward from Season 3 towards Season 5

When your the oldest you have to keep your authority in line or else the younger take advantage of you and this is coming from the youngest in my family

I definitely think it’s intentional. Especially as the seasons got more serious and they were forced to mature and endure certain things, it’s like a visual aid to the fact that they’re not naive or out of practice anymore.
I like to think it's because the Seasons progressively got darker as the show went on.
!SPOILER ALERT BELOW¡
In season 2 Leo got the crap beat out of him to the point where he was out for 3 months and was recovering almost all throughout Season 3. On top of that, in the Season 3 ending Splinter was killed. And then AGAIN in Season 4. Along with Leo freaking murdering Shredder.
I would list things from Season 5 but I'm only now getting the chance to watch it. May update this when I'm done with the season though.

Since this is one of the VERY FEW videos I can find that allows comments, I just wanna say that I find Sean Astin's (Raph) entire performance in this series to be legendary.
I actually got to meet him at a convention a little while back, and I complimented his role as Raph. He was really appreciative, kinda seemed like not a lot of people had mentioned it, but he was great as Raph!

This is one of the biggest reasons I love 2012 the most, not only is the action the best in the series, but the family relationship and dynamics these characters have goes so much deeper than any other series

@Denishia Williams That's not Canon, everyone has their own opinions on their age. Leo has never been the oldest to me, it's different to others. Nice try though.
@@Hamato.Leonardo Actually, that is how it is. Traditionally, all the Turtles are portrayed as being 15 years old (most bits have Leo being 16) but regarding who's oldest and youngest, that is the usual order. The only exception is Rise, where Raph is 15, Leo & Donnie are 14, & Mikey is 13.
@Denishia Williams The only one that's given an exact place is Mikey, who is the youngest canonly. The rest is never stated. It's just what people see them as personally.

I have to be honest here
Leo and Raph’s chemistry is fairly similar to the Gallagher brothers from Oasis (the band that sings Wonderwall)
Leonardo is Noel Gallagher, the level-headed songwriter who likes taking things a step at a time
Raphael is Liam Gallagher, the fiery frontman who likes getting on with it
In the scene where they were arguing over Leo giving bad orders had the same energy as the Wibbling Rivalry interview that Oasis did in 1995, where Noel was angry at Liam for getting into an incident with some football fans in Amsterdam
They’re different situations but if you look at that scene and the interview, you might see some similarities
However, even though Leo/Raph argue sometimes, they do manage to patch it up and be on good terms again
Unlike the Gallaghers who haven’t spoken to each other for many years
