One of the best part of a D-A-D concert is that the audience (for most of 'em) can sing along on all lines of the song. Its almost like the band dont need to sing themself
That lead break is just right on so many levels. How many lead breaks that go for that long have people dancing and clapping their hands the entire way through it. Great guitarist and love that tone
I'm 46. I stood waiting for Shades in London to open so I could buy No Fuel Left For The Pilgrims the day it hit. 30 Years later hearing Sleeping My Day Away makes me feel fucking old and yet young at the same time - I remember dossing about in bed listening to the album while I should have been at work... Brilliant to see that these guys are still playing - I thought they'd have disappeared long ago. Thanks for the UL.
Im only 47 if you feel Old, you prob. Had too Many kids lol. Get up come to Denmark and get Young watching Dad at a live concert…its fantastic they never stopped,cant remember them on a break.
@@SeaOfMadness they are still going strong, we started going to concert again in Denmark most people are vacinated, so i hope to watch them asap. I have no children, so all money on trickets instead, would love to go see another, danish band called Volbeat, but Think they mostly tour the world. Thx. For writing back, where do you live, Uk ?

the tone is a gretsch guitar. amazing.
@StefanMurray-wq1ho it's got a (wonderfully) similar tone to a Gretsch - but clearly it's a Fender Jaguar.
