      @@BuddybossWP would like that myself just remember the more features you have regardless if you get enough people to inquire about it not to many will take the time to message you with inquires cause they feel its might waste their time but if you have a product with this already in it, more eyes will follow your product cause it may be what they are looking for .. i would also like to see that you can install a multiple profile type where one profile type might show there difference in what type of membership like teacher or student or free account or payed membership but in the name of your memberships like basic and premium then if someone had a gaming theme it another selection separated from the teacher student membership profile type there would be another one for PlayStation member, xbox member, or pc member. if we had the ability to add as many profile type selectors where you could search a teacher in the pc by on one selector select teacher and on the other scroll past plastation and hit pc. on profile it would have several tags for here's a student who is a PlayStation but make it to allow selecting multiple like they play PlayStation pc and xbox , and make it where they can select there own on the platform but not on the student this is an option set up in membership.

    Hey BuddyBoss, thank you for your always quick replies as I've asked a few questions via youtube tutorials.
    Is it possible to link/affiliate different profile types together? For example, if I have a site that has "business" and "employee" as profile types, is it possible to have an option where the "employee" profile type can link/affiliate themselves to the "business" profile type that they are employed by? Hope that makes sense.
    In other words, if I am "John Smith" and work for "Company X" and I have a profile & my company also has a profile, can I select "Company X" as my employer so other members can see where I work? Please let me know if I need to be more clear.

    Hi. Do you have any forum or group where we can ask questions about the plugin?
    The question is - how can i prevent users from changing the type of profile that they chose initially during registration or that they have already changed 1 time?
    I explain why this is necessary. Let's say we have a job plugin. To view contacts in a resume, you need to have an employer profile type.
    And here such a nuance arises - that any user can safely change their current profile type to an employer and find out the personal contacts of users in a resume.
    I need to disable this if they already have a different profile type. To protect user privacy.

      Profile Type is a built in function of the BuddyBoss Platform.
      About the membership plugins, we have recommended plugins for creating membership levels. These are MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, WooCommerce Memberships, and Memberium.
      You watch this: ruclips.net/video/qbiY6ymROe0/видео.html

    • @BuddybossWP
      @BuddybossWP  4 года назад

      We also have added support recently for Wishlist Member. All of these plugins have their own pros and cons. Wishlist has an integration they built specifically for BuddyBoss. MemberPress and Paid Memberships Pro both have BuddyPress integrations which work as expected with BuddyBoss. These are all good general purpose membership plugins.
      --
      I would only recommend WooCommerce Memberships if you have a reason you want to keep all shopping unified in WooCommerce. And I would only recommend Memberium if you are trying to integrate with InfusionSoft / Keap or ActiveCampaign (these are CRMs)
