    A el, le concedió uno
    de los más hermosos,
    su oído y sus dedos
para tocar ese instrumento la guitarra,
para deleitarnos a todos. Bendito don!!!!

Of course there is a mistake in the description. This is music of the Mid Ages ("medieval"), from the time in which Spain was still divided in a Christian and a Muslim part, but Baroc music was still to come (about 3-4 centuries!)

What is the name of this specific piece? I love it, but I have an album of "Cantigas de Santa Maria", and it's not on that album.
I think this piece was used in the 1951 film "Pandora and the Flying Dutchman". In the movie, James Mason is the Flying Dutchman, condemned to sail the seas for eternity for blaspheming at his murder trial (he mistakenly killed his wife)., unless he can find a woman willing to die for him. In the movie, the ghostly crew of the ship sings this.

@hauzin "So St. Nectarios of Aegina has copied this for Agni Parthene? Listen carefully you notice this..." Maybe there is a simple explanation: the songs are both attributed to the Virgin Mary. Sometimes someone likes a tune and makes other great music with it, centuries later. :)
