@@timcronan2522 what you want to do is plug in the code reader then turn the key forward but not on then wait for it to link up with your car's computer. Then press the erase button and wait until you see "sure" come across the screen. Then press a the erase button again and then wait until the code reader says "done" don't do this if you're planning on taking it into a shop though because it'll make it harder for them to find the problem
