    Rocco I got a great tip for you whenever you bleed or do a fluid flush
    After your done take a bungee, string or wire and wrap the brake lever depressed overnight also keep the the rear pedal depressed overnight.
    This will break up any and All micro bubbles of air.
    You will be amazed at the brakes when done.
    Ride safe brother

    Thank you Rocco. Love your videos. I’m a novice, but I found the following helped me when bleeding a dry system. I first thought that there was no air in the system because I couldn’t see any air bubbles, but the brake handle had no pressure at all. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I bought a cheap syringe from the auto store and connected it to the bleed nipple with some clear plastic tube and started to draw in the fluid. What I found was that there was so much air in the system. Lock off the bleed valve once the plunger is fully extended and then repeat process at least 10 times depending on size of plunger. I found this forced out the bubbles. Next I would tap the brake line with a screwdriver from the bottom to the top to release the micro air bubbles and depress the lever slightly. You will see some small air bubbles float out of the master cylinder. I did this over a day or so as I walked past my bike. One other thing. I think that soft brakes are often caused by leaky master cylinders. They are really easy to rebuild and not expensive either. Sorry for the essay. Thanks again Rocco. Elliot.

    Having a problem with my dual disc shovehead low rider. I rebuilt master cylinder, Used a ton of fluid but can’t get air out. Ordered a syringe to try & reverse bleed it. Today I found out the master was air locked & that solved it. Good video

    Once bled at the calipers, just bleed at the banjo at the master(crack the bolt like a bleeder). All that air will bleed out. No need to mess with calipers.

      Happy to help. Thank you for the tip. You are right about breeding it at the banjo. It does help. Air is a bitch. Thank you for watching and your sub. TKO. Ride safe and have a great day.

    Rocco, hope you are well. It has been a couple of years since you posted this, but let me ask anyway, in the hopes that you are still keeping up with this. If I understand you correctly, once you pump up the brake lever several times, you hold it as far in as it will go against the handlebars, then crack open the bleeder valve around 1/4 turn. Would you get the same results if after you pump the handle, you let go of it so that it is as far out as it will go (front brake handle), then crack open the bleed valve, or would that introduce air into the system?

    • @TwoWheelRocco
      @TwoWheelRocco  8 месяцев назад

      Happy to help. Pump the brake handle up, to put pressure on the system. Then you slowly cracked the bleeder. The handle will go in a little bit lock bleeder valve up. Then do it again and this will force the air by you creating the pressure at the caliper bleed valve. Thank you for watching and all your support Carlos. Any questions just ask. Ride safe and have a great holiday.

    Having a hard time with mine. I'm gonna try your method, have you tried reverse, that is using a syringe to force fluid from caliper up to master ?

    • @TwoWheelRocco
      @TwoWheelRocco  11 месяцев назад

      Happy to help. I have tried to reverse Bleed, I believe the Sportster rear master cylinders fails. Sometimes I buy a new master and it bleeds out beautiful. I know it's a pain. Thank you for watching and all your support Rich. Ride safe and have a great day. Let us know how it works out.
