I'm not understanding all the bashing-Heidi comments. I quite like her, both on Project Runway and here. I feel like she handles interview questions with grace and is able to deliver herself quite eloquently. Love Heidi.
Heidi tries to monopolize the conversation here, and during the judging on the show. She seems to think it's "The Heidi Klum Show" instead of "Project Runway."
I love all these people. They all bring different and amazing qualities to this show. Michael Kors KILLLED me on the regs when he was on the show. Tim Gunn is an angel: super genuine, smart and gentle and funny. Heidi is a powerhouse. Is there anything she CAN'T do? And Nina is gorgeous and funny and super smart and savvy. I just love them all.
I totally love this show and look forward to every new season. I was floored with PR Junior - no drama and so talented. Im 42 years old and have always loved fashion. Growing up in NY and in the 80s we were all about whos wearing what, what was in style etc. But I never pursued fashion. Now all these years later im a part time photographer and love to shoot fashion. Not having any local designers or stylists here in South Mississippi I found myself needing to make my own clothes to dress models so I can shoot. Watching this show has taught me so much and I love to watch what these designers can make with next to nothing. I hope this show keeps on - FYI project runway Australia is wild too. Im currently working on my first dress wish me luck. Frank
I finished fashion school at the same time the show started…so I have always had an obsession with it, made me regret going into the business / marketing side of fashion and not design…although it did inspire me to start an accessories business…and meeting Heidi was an honor
Well it's 2019 now and I've been a huge fan of Project Runway since day one, boy has it come a long way since ! Love Heidi, Tim, Nina and Michael the show isn't the same without them :(
@Delusi Maybe his eyes are very sensitive to light. The glare, sitting there, must have been extreme. I know I would've had to wear mine had I been there. 😎
Michael improved a lot during the seasons. At the beginning he was so hard on comments to the designers, like he was the greatest, so far nothing I haven’t seen anything impressive from him.
yeah, that bothered me too....laughing so hard at them, (right to their faces!) they had to cut filming. Heidi, Kors, Nina, all chortled and cracked up at them. Those same people, today, are pretending to be part of the pro "all sizes matter" movement.
I genuinely cannot stand Michael Kors. He is just saying that female wrestlers and drag queens were hilarious because they aren't what HE deems beautiful and feminine. He is purely nasty. I've noticed that he never has a kind word, and then to add all of this male designer sexist bullshit on top - I have zero respect for him. Tim Gunn is the BEST and a REAL person who stands up for the designers and wants the industry represented in the right way. Total opposite of MK. LOVE TIM.
The discussion is interesting to me: I've asked myself, why do I like Project Runway so much? There have been other shows that try to follow the same format that are not that interesting. For example, a show where contestants designed accessories. A show where contestants cut hair. Those just didn't interest me that much. And the prime example--Design Star on HGTV. Interior design interests me even more than fashion, yet the judges were completely devoid of humor and honestly the contestants were never given enough time to complete a challenge, EVER. I watched every season of that show, but I disliked the judges intensely. On PR, Michael, Heidi, and Nina really up the entertainment factor. And Tim is just the kindest man on the planet, love him too. Another thing I like: the diversity and uniqueness of the designers--in terms of how they dress, their personalities, talent, work ethic, and so on.
Aida Rashid: Suggestions to for Project Runway: Let viewers suggest the Challenges ! Let those who were sent home FIRST from each cycle have a season of their own on Project Runway ! Please stop letting those who have already WON Project Runway be allowed to come back on All Star Shows ! I don't understand that !
HOLY SHiT the interviewer asked such vague and cliche questions. She was so unprepared for the interview. For godsakes, you're sitting in front of iconic people and she asks, "Was there a season or moment that stood out in your mind?" That's a fifth grade question. Ask something that's thought provoking and ask questions that are specific to each designer. Do your research, watch old project runway reruns, dig deep, and do your job. The saving grace of this interview was Heidi Klum, she found a way to save the awkward silences & chatted away. The bunch volleyed the conversation back and forth without the interviewer saying anything for 7 minutes. They knew she was failing and they tried to save her. Take a shot everytime she says, "Talk to me a little bit about, Talk to me a little bit about...."
The interviewer's shoes. She looks like she's been wading in pureed smurfs. I would've loved to hear the discussion about those after she left the set.
Question about Harvey Weinstein drops after 19:10 and it speaks volumes about their characters. First of all, the question was stupid, then Heidi bashes Harvey for not having any sense of fashion, Michael and Nina trying to be a kiss-ass and Tim remains silent. I admire Tim and I consider him a teacher of mine sinceI’ve learned so much from listening to his critiques on the show, Heidi is nice and cool, Michael, Zac and Nina are not people I admire, but it’s interesting to get to know them as well.
So glad to see an interview which is not controlled by the interviewer, but just helped along here and there. But then again 4 such major talents are interesting in themselves. But really great show/clip all in all, and well thought of questions from the interviewer :)
Tim was essential because he was not one of the judges. The drama was in the workroom more than on the runway. Why are these judges so amazed that people were interested in the show? Everybody wears clothes.
Harvey Weinstein's association with Project Runway knocked it down a couple notches for me. Which is hard to do, I've been a fan since Season 1. Ugh. I still love these 4 though, they're all amazing in their own right!
Well Tim Gunn you are the best❤️Anything with Tim is amazing! Love MK also. He incredibly funny. I look forward to PR every season. Still❤️❤️after all these years❤️please keep going.
The one thing I like about Heidi on PR that I dont like about Tira Banks on ANTM is she doesn't interject bunches of pictures of herself modeling designer clothing . Quite boring . I Like Tira though just not the grandstanding .
Why this show have continue not supporting all those designers that have participated in the show , besides Christian Siriano and Michael Costello. All of them are american designers and they need to support them to enhance the fashion industry of USA. Why in the Famous stores around USA we still not find clothing made by new USA designers that are coming up in this show . We still receiving in the stores clothing brands from other countries. We need to support our designers. So why is the purpose of this show?. They need to support all of them even if they don't win the show and make them be recognized among USA customers and Internationally
Michael is very condescending, and Nina can be just as much, although she seems to be a little nicer. Heidi belongs to the same worlds as Nina and Michael. They are all rich, famous, and disconnected to the real world, so she can be as mean as they are and as judgmental too, but she tries to be more politically correct and diplomatic. Tim is the only nice, real, fair, down-to-earth, lovable person!
I love these fab four! Ive been watching project runway since its 1st season.. I super love it! (Im not feeling the host here though.. What is she doing there?? Hehe)
Dude, it's okay if you're gay. I won't judge you, I promise. I have a lot of gay friends. I don't personally know what it's like to struggle so much with my identity or sexuality, but I really do feel for you.
I must add my voice to the ones who absolutely love Tim Gunn. I **adore** him and have the deepest respect for this man.
You hear Harvey Weinstein's name and just feel like everything he was apart of holds a bit of his...unpleasantness.
Tim Gunn makes the show. I love the show and how the contestants have to be creative
Leesa Sopjes When she is the mail person behind the show, its natural that she talks more about it!
Garlina Chi They are bashing her because while they are online trolling she’s somewhere making millions. Not to mention she is absolutely stunning.
Heidi has done nothing wrong. She was the brains behind the show! She can talk all she wants. When you create a show then you can talk as well!🙄💪🏾💯
@@leesasopjes660 Heidi Klum invented Project Runway. So it kinda was her show.
I love all these people. They all bring different and amazing qualities to this show. Michael Kors KILLLED me on the regs when he was on the show. ❤❤❤
Tim is THE reason that I kept watching this show (I wanted real, art crits & he gives them)
I totally love this show and look forward to every new season. I was floored with PR Junior - no drama and so talented. Im 42 years old and have always loved fashion. tim gunn is really a nice person
I was watching the show the other day with my wife and I go, “Tim Gunn just might be the nicest guy in the world.” Lol
I finished fashion school at the same time the show started…so I have always had an obsession with it, made me regret going into the business / marketing side of fashion and not design…although it did inspire me to start an accessories business…and meeting Heidi was an honor
fast forward to 2017 and all this name dropping of Harvey Weinstein is getting uneasy
Yeah, I didn't know that this was developed by Harvey Weinstein.
yeah same problem in 2019.
Felipedl11 Ditto 2020.
@@Evehawk87 especially after he got 23 years
People who work together don't know everything about the ppl they work with behind closed doors were all different
I love and appreciate what Tim Gunn is all about. Bravo to him!
I love Tim so much. Such a genuine person.
Tim Gunn IS the best part of this show and always has been.
tim is the only real person in this clip - I hope he gets well paid for this show ... Love HIM!
you feel it too, ay? Tim Gunn is the best. He knows how to be dignified without being fake. He has REAL self confidence.
Greg Gray q
@greg gray He was unpaid the first two seasons of Project Runway.
Linnzy he was unpaid the first season and paid just $12,000 for the second season
He's got a personal net worth that's more than 15 million dollars - I think it's safe to say he's doing ok.
I love you Tim Gunn 😍. Please comeback on PR. It's not the same without you.
I'm totally in love with Project Runway! I can't get enough of it!
7archangels2 I totally agree. I even watch them over & over again.
IF YOU STAY IN SCIENTOLOGY YOU WILL REGRET IT.
same here. luckily there's only 4 seasons of it on Netflix (at least in my country), or my life would be a lost cause - for real..
I wish Hulu had more of it!
Well it's 2019 now and I've been a huge fan of Project Runway since day one, boy has it come a long way since ! Love Heidi, Tim, Nina and Michael the show isn't the same without them :(
Love Christian too! Have to admit I’d love new judges with Nina.
This interview is so nice and these people are so inspiring. Hard to believe they really have a lot of fun doing this show. It's great!
This is the Heidi that I looked forward to seeing on Making The Cut! Great clip !
You can't wear sunglasses inside and get away with it. You can't.
Delusi especially that old hag.
Hahaha totally😂
@Delusi Maybe his eyes are very sensitive to light. The glare, sitting there, must have been extreme. I know I would've had to wear mine had I been there. 😎
big deal. you can.
only MK and Anna Wintour can. Hit the road
I love creative reality shows. Building shows, cooking shows, "Face Off". They are very satisfying.
Fantastic show from the very beginning. One of my top favourites still, in 2019, though I will always miss Heidi and Tim.
I love how they go into this rant about Fear Factor (7:44).
Michael Kors seems like he would be insufferable to be around for more than 5 minutes.
God, this is so true.
Michael improved a lot during the seasons. At the beginning he was so hard on comments to the designers, like he was the greatest, so far nothing I haven’t seen anything impressive from him.
He's like a mean schoolgirl.
so basically you're body shaming the female wrestlers....shame on you guys........the only person i love on this couch is Tim Gunn
yeah, that bothered me too....laughing so hard at them, (right to their faces!) they had to cut filming. Heidi, Kors, Nina, all chortled and cracked up at them. Those same people, today, are pretending to be part of the pro "all sizes matter" movement.
They were laughing cause they were very animated and acting sexy which was funny
patricia S especially since none of them have a good sense of humor- just gross (Tim Excepted)
I genuinely cannot stand Michael Kors. He is just saying that female wrestlers and drag queens were hilarious because they aren't what HE deems beautiful and feminine. He is purely nasty. L Rivers my thoughts right to the last word. MK is a total boring copycat
Drag queens are supposed to be funny. Go to a drag show or even just watch drag race. They aren’t supposed to look like actual females.

They have made a huge percentage of the country interested in fashion again!

I just love that reporter's light blue heels!!!
That was my favorite show 😍. And what not to wear. I can watch all day if marathon is on
So glad that Tim brought up Chloe Dao. Still one of my favorite winners of Project Runway!
Tims face while heidi is talking is priceless
After all of these years, I am still completely addicted!
Heidi is really smart.

Tim Gum really made that show work
4 talented people when it comes to fashion, much respect
to all of them.
It’s so funny how they all, except Tim, cut each other off so much!!
I love this show and Tim is a sweetheart.
Love these guys. Curious if any of them were ever cornered in Harvey's Weinstien's office!
I’ve been watching PR since season 1 and I totally forgot Heidi Klum was one of the creators of the show. Smart & beautiful! Kudos to her!!
This conversation is very important, I enjoyed it everything. Very inspiring and helpful. Thank you so much.⭐
Excellent discussion -- I totally enjoyed this; many thanks.
They also look so uncomfortable with the attention that Tim gets ahaha
I have been watching from the start teach me allot Tim Gun is a teacher in fashion
I started watching project runway in 2022, and since then, I have become obsessed with becoming a fashion designer.
Favorite show for years!!!
Tim Gunn I fell in love with you too !! This wonderful human being truly stands out. Uncle Tim forever
PLEASE hold the long-shot camera still, dammit.
Actor Producer no doubt lol
The interviewer's shoes.
She looks like she's been wading in pureed smurfs. I would've loved to hear the discussion about those after she left the set.
OMG ur comment cracked me up totally LOL

Calling a group of interviewees “ you guys” really bugs me. Goes for waiters as well.

Shakira, Sofia Vergara, Paulina Vega ( miss universe )....and Nina Garcia......made in Colombia
Fredy Rojas so basically a bunch of talentless dolls
@@Mateo-et3wl Shakira and Sofia are talentless? You must be blind and deaf and dumb!
I love them all. Michael Kors needs to come back.
I don't think the show can be successful at all without any of these four people. All four of them are talented and have sharp eyes.
Tim was essential because he was not one of the judges. The drama was in the workroom more than on the runway. Why are these judges so amazed that people were interested in the show? Everybody wears clothes.
I think they were a great team - I really miss seeing Michael in the panel!
Michael is just so fucking cool that he has to wear sunglasses inside? -__-
airplanefreak27 gack
OMG! I love them... Especially Michael and Nina
I Don't get why people keep saying Heidi is annoying... they seem like friends talking.
I know nothing about fashion, but i love project runway. Cannot wait to see season 17.
Harvey Weinstein's association with Project Runway knocked it down a couple notches for me. Which is hard to do, I've been a fan since Season 1. Ugh. I still love these 4 though, they're all amazing in their own right!

Heidi klum is better spoken than she was 15 years ago, but she still talks over everybody. She could do better.
I really found it very interesting to watch and what they convey is authentic. Tim is really pure love
Tell Kors to take the silly sunglasses off
I hate the fact that camera seems like it only has one angle and I can't see the reporter's face lol weird
She's wearing hideous shoes, she's in hiding lol
I would be mad at anyone who said they didn’t love Tim Gunn. He is so wonderful.
The one thing I like about Heidi on PR that I dont like about Tira Banks on ANTM is she doesn't interject bunches of pictures of herself modeling designer clothing . Quite boring . I Like Tira though just not the grandstanding .

That interviewer got 10 minutes of solid content from one question, she's amazing.
Among them all Tim Gunn is the true fashion iconoclast.
Michael is very condescending, and Nina can be just as much, although she seems to be a little nicer. Heidi belongs to the same worlds as Nina and Michael. project runway is the best fashion reality show
I love Heidi but she interupts and cuts ppl off way to often. respect
aw Tim :( I miss him and Heidi so much
Check out our interview with Tim Gunn, on Potluck Video!
I can't STAND Michael Kors. Even hearing his screechy voice makes me angry.
Project Runway is my favorite show. CSI Miami and House Hunters are 2nd favorites. I watch nothing else current.
I love these fab four! Ive been watching project runway since its 1st season.. I super love it! (Im not feeling the host here though.. What is she doing there?? Hehe)
Well... There is a market... An exciting market at that for senior citizen fashions!
The blue shoes are vile.
The blue shoes ruin this whole interview
Stephanie Supreme oh please
Maybe she is color blind.
I like them.
I really like the shoes
Mondo! Mondo! Mondo! He was robbed !
Now look Harvey can’t even get up the stairs for court, because all the women he tormented are now tormenting his soul
frequencies themselves have always been duty free
Michael Kors = the most iconic judge on Project Runway. Absolutely hilarious & entertaining.
I'm glad It kept really clear to you. :)

Simple, passion sells to intelligent people.
Hiedi needs to be flexible many of the times, it is not German world everywhere all the time! love the show!
video not aged well after the truth about Harvey came out
Oh yeah Heidi needs to stop interrupting the others DAMN>..
I have been a at home judge from the start. some time's the judge's get it wrong
I love Tim Gunn so much 😭
Awe, think we all love time, such a nice guy😍😍😍😍😍
