That's good dude. Thanks. I think I will actually make one. At making one. (Others did seem abit pricey for what they were. Maybe the bags were abit more specialised but still. If i like it much maybe then ill get a fancier one.) Anyway thanks. Love trying out new equipment and its cool when its cheap and easy haha. Keep it up. Ps: Please keep that opposite hand up, palm glued to your cheekbone or however is preffered style, but up... when throwing those punches? And elbows tucked into your body like in high guard. If youre super athletic, fast and some sort of ninja you might be able to pull it off but, i and i think very few fighters or coaches would suggest or approve of it. Otherwise not bad. I fastened it pretty tight so it has very fast action. It moves well, without wobbling. Some builds use little bungee chords but with a tennis ball, that usually makes it wobble for poor action. This moves great. I undid one fastener and put it through a screw eye in the ceiling and then put the fastener back on the end. Curious to see your additions.

I had a diff double end bag up with a mini soccer ball covered in duct tape, carabiners, and bungee chords, but then I figured the shoelace kit is pretty sturdy so I used your shoelace method on a bigger foam ball, more similar to a regular double end and it works great. Years ago, I made a "Double-End" bag by using TWO 'Tether-balls.' A Tether ball, as you know, has that built-in rope loop. Well, what you do is, cut that 'Loop' out of the ball; Leave at least 2--3 inches of Tether rubber around the loop. Then, use a Strong glue, and glue that 'Cut-out' to the EXACT center of the opposite side of the ball. Let that dry for as long as it takes. Then, you might want to use a few strips of, "Gorilla duct tape,' around the ball to secure the loop. Hey, it worked Great for me back when---I might just make another One!
