I purchased both the medium ruclips.net/user/postUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

It's slow but I agree nice platform he would need a small bag or if he's a beginner he needs a medium size speed bag.
Dude you need to buy a real bag that is balanced, you will never learn to hit with a unbalanced bag

The construct wasn't a bad idea and turned out pretty good, but grab a better swivel and a legitimate bag and that's where the fun begins.

Once I made punching bag use old but still good bowling ball. I just use old pair of pants. Wad up and tie with old shirt from good wills.to make or buy better, I would need to have job.

As you can weld mig why did you not make the frame adjustable? If you can raise the bag it works your shoulders more so as people progress the bag gets higher.

Lol a decent bag and swivel is 40 bucks. I built my platform out of 4 inch thick stump that had a bunch of color in it. sanded it and stained it. It was super easy then just bought a good swivel and bag.
