- Hello dear friends, this is my Thirty- seventh Vlog and first of my Onam Special Series.
In this video, I have demonstrated the simplest method to make the Sadya Pickles (Ginger Pickle, Lemon Pickle and Mango Pickle). SO, watch this video till the end and please comment your valuable feedbacks.

സത്യത്തിൽ ഞാൻ ഒരു മടിച്ചി ആണ്. പക്ഷെ ലക്ഷ്മി ചേച്ചിയുടെ പാചകം കാണാൻ തുടങ്ങിയ ശേഷമാണ് പാചകത്തിന്റെ സുഖം അറിഞ്ഞത്. എന്റെ ലക്ഷ്മി ചേച്ചിയെ സാരീ ഉടുത്തു കാണാൻ എന്തൊരു ഭംഗി. ലവ് യൂ sooooooo much.

Madam , still I am preparing ginger achhar, mango achhar, lemon achhar as per your recipes. 🙏🙏
To gingerly oil add some chopped green chilies , little bit of turmeric , 2 spoons chilly powder ,3 spoon coriander powder sauté , add tamarind pulp - when it boils add jaggery and when it thicken a add grinded ginger
