Ingredients:
SADHYA STYLE CUCUMBER (VELLARIKKA) KICHADI:-
Cucumber (Vellarikka)- 1 Cup (Finely Chopped)
Salt- According To Taste
Coconut (Grated)- 1 Cup
Green Chillies- 2 Big
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)- 1 Tbs
Curd- 1 1/2 Cup
SADHYA STYLE BETROOT KICHADI:-
Betroot- 1 Nos.
Green Chillies- 3 Nos.
Coconut (Grated)- 1Cup
Curd- 1 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)- 1 Tbs
SADHYA STYLE PINEAPPLE PACHADI:-
Pineapple (Chopped)- 1 Cup
Water- 1 Cup
Tumeric Powder- 1/4th to 1/2 Tsp
Coconut (Grated)- 3/4th Cup
Green Chillies- 3 Nos
Jeera- 3/4th Tsp
Sugar- 1/2 Cup
Salt- According To Taste
For Tempering (Cucumber Kichadi, Betroot Kichadi and Pineapple Pachadi):-
Coconut Oil- 4 Tbs
Mustard Seeds- 3 Tsp
Dry Red Chillies- 8 Nos.
Curry Leaves
