Just to then ask you about a person you've never heard of like he's worried for their life. HOW IS NO ONE SUSPICIOUS
If I were around Subaru and I see these sudden panic attacks, that mixed with his predictions of events, I'd assume he has visions of the future, and it's a bit of a burden to witness. I would probably never guess he constantly dies to obtain them.
Considering that time related magic is considered very unorthodox or impossible in this world, that's fair. The best guess they can get is him being a prophet

I saw an edited version of the whole first season, it's really sad. You see Subaru acting familiar with everyone even tough they talked just once or twice up to that point. And there aren't that many since his main checkpoints are the one in the city, then his second day on the mansion after beatrice knocks him out and after sucessfuly defeating the whale. The house one pretty sure was when he threw himself over the cliff, since it was intentional he wakes up simply worried even tough it was over half of the deaths on the first season
Considering how many times the other characters see Subaru just burst out of nowhere, wouldn't they think something is wrong? Rather than just move on like nothing is wrong.
I mean, if a person I just met had random burst like that, the first thing I would think of is "medical condition" and that's not something I would bring up in public, much less to his face.

it's funny cuz people around subaru are used to how weird he is. everyone simply regards subaru being able to see the unseen hand, remember gluttony's victims, and generally predict the future as normal. "Subaru is Subaru." whenever subaru says something weird and mumbles about dying or death to himself no one bats an eye, and they even mentioned how whenever subaru has a "gut feeling," (aka, him knowing what's gonna happen next) its safer to trust him than to not.

Like, the oni twins get more and more suspicious of him because they can smell the witch of envy on him, and he later has the same effect with other more sensitive characters. Kinda like it is a balance to him knowing what happens next. A certain level of unpredictability he fails to account for.
Just a heads up, but only rem can smell the miasma on subaru due to a "certain someone". Ram can't sense it, hence she is so calm around subaru despite rem being basically hyper kill mode around him in arc 2
Ive thought this too. Have a version of just the main timeline. No deaths, or flashbacks. Just so we can have perspective on how everyone else feels and perceives him.

Come to think of it, what with the damaged magic gate and near death experience with the dogs... Rem and Emilia constantly telling him to take care of himself kinda hits different too when they just see stuff like this.
They probably started thinking that he sometimes has panic attacks from some trauma or another. Then he started saving the day, so they started attributing his episodes to clairvoyance of some kind or extremely good instincts.
I was glad when they finally did the directors cut before season 2, they showed how satella freezes time around subaru so they barely even get the panic attacks most of the time
I hope this gets addressed later down the line. The bigger question is why no one freaks out over him remembering someone that has been deleted from everyone elses mind. That sort of puts him in a cosmic level of power not being effected by time, mind and reality warping effects. For all they know he is the closest thing to a god or has some power comparable to an arch bishop and the fact everyone can smell witch on him might lead them to coming to a more wild conclusion that he serves another witch and is actively hunting down the cult or happens to be a warlock/witch himself. people around subaru can be suspicious at most, but they will never be even close to the whole truth, no matter how hard they try. remember that the world only remembers the perfect timeline, and because subaru's memories of lost timelines has one or both of these two things a guarantee to happen: - satella prevents him from giving any information; and/or - subaru finds a way out through any problem through trial and error via RBD so in those people's perspectives and within the world's perfect timeline, subaru already has a solution to any suspicion, question, or problem that these people may carry or cause against him. because of that, they will ultimately do any of the inevitable: - accept subaru's godlike intuition, intellect, and foresight; - keep their suspicion about subaru to themselves forever; or - die trying to find out and because subaru has already proven himself across multiple societal and world-changing events, it is wise that no one dare attempt making subaru change his mind about being an ally, even more so to potentially be on the receiving end of subaru's wrath. PS. it is important to note that some people know that subaru is looping, thus this explanation does not apply to them. i think them finding out on their own and not needing subaru to tell them bypasses the conditions of RBD, which, to be fair, still doesn't make them realize the full truth of subaru's power.
He is considered as one of the greatest strategist in the world with perfect timing. People fear him not for his powers, but his knowledge and intuition. At this point of the story, everyone of his allies knows that something is up with subaru that isn't right. But they don't question him because how all his weird antics are the reason they are saved and how he genuinely cares about all of them . So probably, they are just comfortably waiting for subaru to tell them about his situation himself, rather than them prying on his personal issues

I heard that he has died countless time. Which mean there are plenty of deaths were not shown in the anime. However, one can argue that if he "respawn" multiple time at the same location and companion, then for the companion, that is their first time seeing subaru got heart attack

Knowledge is power, and subaru seems to always know when something is going to happen or what questions or actions need to happen to get what he needs. Beatrice would likely bring up 'I just told you this morning what a curse is and magically you have a curse' its not just one thing but it consistently happens and I'm starting to suspect everyone is kind of scared of Subaru or respects him as some kind of cheshire cat to not be crossed.
Yes there are a few people genuinely scared of Subaru but ill not spoil. In the web novel he is more calm when returning but people are still suspicious.
people around subaru can be suspicious at most, but they will never be even close to the whole truth, no matter how hard they try.
remember that the world only remembers the perfect timeline, and because subaru's memories of lost timelines has one or both of these two things a guarantee to happen:
- satella prevents him from giving any information; and/or
- subaru finds a way out through any problem through trial and error via RBD
so in those people's perspectives and within the world's perfect timeline, subaru already has a solution to any suspicion, question, or problem that these people may carry or cause against him. because of that, they will ultimately do any of the inevitable:
- accept subaru's godlike intuition, intellect, and foresight;
- keep their suspicion about subaru to themselves forever; or
- die trying to find out
and because subaru has already proven himself across multiple societal and world-changing events, it is wise that no one dare attempt making subaru change his mind about being an ally, even more so to potentially be on the receiving end of subaru's wrath.

it is important to note that some people know that subaru is looping, thus this explanation does not apply to them. i think them finding out on their own and not needing subaru to tell them bypasses the conditions of RBD, which, to be fair, still doesn't make them realize the full truth of subaru's power.

At this point of the story, everyone of his allies knows that something is up with subaru that isn't right. But they don't question him because how all his weird antics are the reason they are saved and how he genuinely cares about all of them .
So probably, they are just comfortably waiting for subaru to tell them about his situation himself, rather than them prying on his personal issues

To those who think people should be concerned about Subaru often acting weirdly in the middle of conversations, let me remind you who was near Subaru at each save point:
1st: Apple merchant (and random street NPCs)
2nd: Ram and Rem after he woke up
3rd: Rem and Apple merchant
4th: Felix, Wilhelm et al.
5th: Emilia and the kids
6th: An unconscious Emilia
The only person to have seen him act weirdly more than once would be Rem. Not really though, since Subaru woke up normal at the 2nd save point. And if you see a friend act weirdly once in a blue moon, you probably won't give it much thought, even less so when it's a person you just met a month ago.
Apparently when you explicitly show "Return by Death from other character's perspective" in order to point out the difference between what we (anime) see and what the world sees, people still can't grasp it. Probably because some people are just incapable of putting themselves in other's shoes.
I heard that he has died countless time. Which mean there are plenty of deaths were not shown in the anime.
However, one can argue that if he "respawn" multiple time at the same location and companion, then for the companion, that is their first time seeing subaru got heart attack
