I smoke the cream cheese as well. Really helps elevate the smoke flavor from my pellet smoker. Almost the exact same ingredients that I use. Spot on fish spread for people that aren't from the area. Great video. 👍
I use crappie filets for dip. I save all my fish bellies, bass and specks, and fry til crisp. Use like crackers. Really good!
Brother, that looks FANTASTIC! I miss Florida's delicious, fresh fish!
This dip is absolutely gangster. Thank you!
I’ve made your recipe about 5 times now and it never fails to impress!! Thanks so much!
Made this w/smoked yellowfin tuna across the pond in Bermuda....love it!
Making some now. We have the best smoked mullet in Alabama
I just made this with spotted trout and it’s Great
I also really like it with rice crackers, plain or wasabi varieties. I'm telling you, the wasabi rice crackers go great with it
THANK YOU! I made it with Cobia and it was fantastic!
I have been wanting to make a fish dip and have not been salt water fishing yet this year.
I like how taste the handle of the spoon that was nice never seen it done before I'm definitely trying this recipe tonight thanks.
Wow!!! Loved your video. Thanks so much for the detailed description. I’m gonna smoke some king mackerel in my big chief and then finish off in the oven. I’ll finish it off with your recipe. Can’t wait!
So I did as mentioned. The crowd loved it!!
We were in Florida's panhandle and we found Smoked Tuna... It was the best.
I tried mixing up mine version with smoked trout... A couple bones, and I heard it from the boss.
I got some bonito a few mths back on a charter in CA. Smoked my last 1/2 of my batch and its pretty strong from the brine and really heavy smoke. I need something to tame it..
I used hickory and smoked it for 5 hours, i was going go do a light smoke and then decided to go the way towards jerky. Its good but after a few bites its a little overwhelming.
My hubs just brought back some fresh smoked mullet fished from Tampa Bay. Was looking for a great fish dip recipe (if he doesn't eat all the fish first - LOL!). This look great! Thanks.
That is the same problem I have around here.
New sub can’t wait to try. Looking for a cheap smoker. Single lady lol. From Florida and mullet is a must staple here! My dad canned mullet and it was a game changer.❤
Grew up in Hawaii eating smoked Ono,Ahi, or Marlin dip.Good job bro! Looks good!🤙🏾

Another winner my friend. You can change it up with a dash of curry powder in place of Old Bay. Not better, just different.
Change this up to your taste and it will be awesome. Thanks for watching.

Long time no see!!!! Great video. Stay at it. JohnT.
Looks awesome
That looks yummy. I bet it would be good using smoked salmon. Blessings, Love & Hugs from Vicki in Ft. Worth, Texas 🇨🇱🇺🇸👍❤️🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
GOOD stuff there!
Is there any reason why the finished product could not be split into smaller portions and kept frozen? I only have to put food on the table for the wife and myself. A full recipe would most likely be wasted before we could finish all of it. I’m also wondering about alternative uses since we don’t normally snack on crackers and dip, I’m thinking this might be a good spread on something like salmon burgers, which I grill up fairly often! Any suggestions or alternative ideas?
Edit time here! How would this be slathered on your breakfast scrambled eggs?
All of those thing sound amazing. Would also be great on a toasted bagel for breakfast. Thanks for watching.
👍👍👏
Ok. Text me your address. I'll bring the crackers and some cold ones!
No written recipe yet you want us to use your links and go to your site to buy stuff. Seriously….I’m out
You must be of these recent generations with an “instant gratification attitude”. Afraid to put a little effort into things
I think you'd get another 20% of subscribers if you just put the recipe in the description? Some of us are two button cell phone users. Hit the vids, hit the description. Jump rope to another websight? Too much too fast. Enough goid recipes and I'll use my time to jump rope. Keep it up. Doing great. Even the strings in the background fit what you did. Sounded like you got a daughter in the background. 👍 I hope your Republican.😇
I scrolled the recipe at the end of the video. If you want cut and paste, you will have to wait for the upcoming e-recipe book.
