Such an important information. We need more women on social media to help women with more information on symptoms and remedies for menopause. Thank you very much.
I've had to swtich to natural, non-scented laundry products, and toilet paper with no added dyes, inks or chemicals. I've also become really sensitive to this stuff all around, so I also get untreated paper napkins, and brown paper towels for any use on face or hands or food areas. I only keep the cheap white paper towels for dirt cleanup. Try filtering some warm or hot water through a regular paper napkin to a bowl below. You will be amazed at what comes out. Those irritants cause my skin to have rashes now.

Hello, Thanks once again for coming up with these tips on menopause. I am getting pelvic pain so once a month . I have seamoss gel that help a bit if you made it yourself Thanks again 🙏👍
Hi Op Pelvic pain can sometimes be eased with a magnesium supplement so worth a try but if this gets worse, please do seek advice from your doctor. Best Wishes Eileen
I mainly suffer with alot of vaginal dryness ,I'm in quite a bit of discomfort with it ,at times it's painful 😢 my dr has put me on vagifem a low dose hrt pessary ,they do help eliminate some of my symptoms but not all
I get confused when i have to pee. I sweat and have to pee and get confused all at once. Is this is a menopause symptom ? I don't have a UTI , that is why i am asking. But, i have symptoms like this , like i have an UTI but, i don't have a UTI. I was tested at the doctor.
What about can't wee properly or just as you go want to go again I'm drinking a lot water plus had bladder checks UTI nothing shows up o have Anixety too is this the cause
I started having these urinary symptoms at age 41. I'm not in menopause yet so I'm not sure why. I do have one ovary removed and shortly after I have awful symptoms that are worse after sex or using a tampon. I thought it was interstitial cystitis but now I think I am getting an early onset vaginal atrophy.
My bladder has been really bad over the past 10 + years . I have to use the largest heavy pads for years. Can’t leave the house without my heavy pads . I was getting a lot of water infections. Doctor put me on vagirux which helps with dryness and helps me through the night with toilet trips .
Hi Patricia, just check the Aloe vera ingredients. Pure aloe vera gel will be fine but some of the gels have a lot of other ingredients too so it depends.
Hello Eileen I’m taking sea buckthorn oil supplement and also optibac probiotics. I’m not able to get st. John wort oil so can I take st. John wort supplement orally instead of the oil? Also I have heard that taking Slippery Elm supplement also improves vaginal dryness. What are your thoughts on slippery elm supplement for dryness?
Hi Seema I'm not sure if the St John's Wort tablets would work for this, it does seem to be topical use that gives the best benefits. I've not heard of Slippery Elm helping this but may be worth trying for a month to see if it helps. Best Wishes Eileen
I’ve had lower abdominal pain for two weeks. And not too hungry. No burning in urine though. Lower back pain too. May just get an OTC UTI test to find out if it is UTI….. menopause sucks. 😡
N T It is very important to get any abdominal pain checked out by your doctor as this could be caused by a number of issues - much easier to treat if you have a proper diagnosis first Best Wishes Eileen

I have tried collagen powder and it helps to keep moisture in the vagina area. Before I began taking it I had a lot of pain, but now I feel almost like my old self. 😊
I have been suffering from vijinal dryness and bladders burning , my Dr gives me Strongen therapy , and CIJ jel for Balance the PH , and balance the acidic of Vejinal.
I have been bleeding for about 5 days and I'm getting clots and a lot of lower abdominal pain. I haven't bled in 14 years, after failed IVF (thety put me into chemical menopause, I never bled again) I'm on HRT patches. My question is - will this continue every month? I'm on magnesium too. I feel the blood is stuck in the vagina, as it is bad when I wipe - but not as much on the pad. Sorry if this is too much - I don't know who else to ask Love mags x
Hi Margaret It is really important to get this checked by your doctor just in case the HRT is responsible; as you go further through the menopause, hormone balance can change and the HRT taken may now not be the most appropriate one for this stage. Best wishes Eileen

Could be vaginal atrophy or pelvic floor issue, might need vaginal Estrogen or moisturizer depending on your personal cause
