Hello Trond, another great video with a awesome selection of photographs. Your enthusiasm for wildlife photography is very inspiring. Thanks for sharing and continue to stay safe 😷
Small birds are my favorite. Hard to capture, but their subtle beauty is so captivating. Easy to overlook for many people. That's why I feel when you/we show them to the world, it is so important. Thank you Trond! BTW- your music is simply perfect.
Some really great shots, Trond. 8:20 was my favorite. Eagles and hawks are my favorite but those smaller birds are without a doubt the hardest to capture making them some of the best birds to photograph. Especially those warblers. So fast but extremely beautiful. Thank you for another great experience.
Thank you so much Kevin! Really great you liked it. Don´t get me wrong I like big birds as well, but there are something great doing small birds. And as you say, they are not easy to photograph. And that is so exciting when I use all my knowledge and you come away with pictures you like :)
Great video Trond, I have that same blind and camo net, never thought about putting the camo net around the front for better viewing. I do use a pillow under my bum and on the back to keep my back from aching. Beautiful shots.
Nice shots yet again Trond. Photographing small birds is just as fun as photographing anything else. Not as special as an Owl though, but just as fun. These little birds are as you mention in almost every color there is out there and they are just stunning to watch in action. :) That chair blind looks amazing. Light and easy to set up I guess :)
I completely understand, I love the Redkites that fly around here and many other local birds if prey. But they’re not as joyful as the silly and fun kingfishers, Bluetit or my newest addition the rebellious teen Golden-Crowned Kinglet
Hi Trond it's been a while since I've seen one of your videos where you look comfortable lol. I agree it's not all about big birds Eagles-Buzzards etc the small birds deserve some limelight to. Until next time take care and stay safe my friend.
Beautiful shots of what I believe is a red-eyed vireo, Trond. BTW, I've been using a home made chair blind something like yours for more than a year now and find it very effective within 12 to 15 ft of a feeding station. I use a folding shooting stool with a folding back and drape about 3 yards of camouflage mosquito needing over it with a slit for for the camera lens. I can see out but I'm pretty well hidden from the birds. Also, ticks are a big health problem here. I've been treated for Lyme disease which is borne by ticks and it is serious. I've found that spraying my clothing with Permethrin the night before wearing them and letting it dry overnight is a very effective tick repellent along with all the usual precautions. I would spray the chair and netting, also.
Great idea but which net did you get with the chair? There are 4 choices but I can’t tell which one you had. I can’t tell if the smaller one has an opening for the lens. Thanks!
Trond, I'm curious how many photos you would take that day in the hide ? As time goes by, I'm finding that I'm taken advantage of the bursting mode more and more. I'm also thinking I'm going to hit the limits of the life expectancy of the camera quickley.
Thank you Paplo! 👍. We are both using epidemic sound to use on RUclips. So its always a chance of using same music as other do. But I am changing from epidemic to some one else. So there will be not so many using this same music. Thanks a lot for your compliment and honost Feedback. Really appreciate it buddy 👍😄
Beautiful Photos Trond. Lovely little Willow Warbler too, singing its little heart out 👍🏻

Very nice video 👍👍
Great pictures as always. That chair looks nice. I still haven't used a hide but the results you get make me think I should seriously consider it.
Thanks a lot! You should, its a lot of fun :)
Really nice.
Excellent! Voice over is always okay with me but we do miss your sweet whispering! That looked like a comfortable chair.
Thanks for your kind compliment. This time I had to do voiceover, since my mic died 😂
Enjoyed the video, good to see how useful such a hide can be. Do you have a link to the camo you use please?
Get there!
Super video Trond, tak for snakken. 👍📸
Hei Jens! Takk i like måte. Og god tur videre i Norge :)

Awesome video Trond! What brand of lens camo are you using? Greetings from Belgium! 😊
again a good video. what kind of camouflage net is that, it looks damn good?!
Wonderful photos and video! I also want to start a video project, and I'm learning a lot from you. Keep the good work!
Thank you Paulo! Wish you best of luck with video
So beautiful! I'd love to know what settings you use to get that wonderful slow motion video.
Hi Trond it's been a while since I've seen one of your videos where you look comfortable lol. I agree it's not all about big birds Eagles-Buzzards etc the small birds deserve some limelight to. Until next time take care and stay safe my friend.
Thank you Clive ! Haha....My body pays for it now, as my arm is not too good for the moment. Hope it gets well soon.
Great photos as always. What sort of birds were they please?
Thank you so much! It is called a willow warbler :)
Liked the blind

Milujem drobné spevavé vtáky. Super video...
Супер красиво ☺

Thank you so much! Its a 3D blanket, also from tragopan.
@@trondwestby I am unable to find the 3D blanket on their website. Do you know the name of it?
What camera were you photographing with in this video?
Hi, Trond! Are you using bird voices to attract the birds to your spot?
Hi Jurjis! I use a little bird call, and stop as soon as the bird arrives. Not to over do it.
Is this the z9 or the z6ii
It is the Z9 :)
Estoy buscando uns SILLA con esa red para la selva, que marca es la tuya

Haha.....many. I find myself taken almost twice as much pictures with 20 FPS on the Z9 😅Thanks for the comment and support!
❤❤❤❤❤
Tap luring
Are you best small birds photography.
Thank you!
Good video, but why you using the same music like Morten?
Be original man😉
