This info is succinct, clearly expressed and very informative. Thanks for sharing this video. It's very helpful to include individuals who are specialists in their field. Peace & Love, Ester W, UK

ACAS is a great service! Esp when you threaten to withdraw from conciliation.🧐😉

Hello Daniel, I've seen a few of your videos and they are amazing! I have a preliminary hearing in October some time, im fairly nervous as I have no representation, could I ask a few questions?

I might have to go for training over to America, I have a fear of flying and would be unable to do the trip. How could I say to the employer I would be unable to this, without the fear of dismissal ?

Employer refused ACAS straight in the face. Hardly anybody use this service. Better to invest more into unions or tribunal processes to make justice more accessible for all.

What did you do afterwards? Any recommendations on who to use?

@@shebamartins1701 filed an employment tribunal case (4 I might add and now employer wants to talk settlement which I refused via ACAS so its my turn now to delay things and let employer burn in high legal costs- their choice they made their own bed)

If the employer refuses this in most cases you'll find you don't have a great case. No employer wants to be taken to court if they know they are wrong

@@irons25 trust me you will find companies which are happy to be taken to court. I won good settlement from my employer after their employers got involved.
