SO - psychological manipulation matters more than truth. This video proves - the law is an ASS never to be trusted for justice. Stop paying expensive lawyers that screw you over.

Justice is what happens in tribunals and courts.
The truth is something different. Especially when the CEO instructs the outcome of the tribunal. Equitable treatment is what 'ordinary people' think of as justice.
Justice is sometimes bought 🤮 and there are many clients who are dishonest and instruct their lawyer to make false allegations.
Making false allegations isn't illegal because lawyers argue that the allegations can/ should be tested in court!!

Daniel can you do a piece on 'self representation' & what the chances are of winning against the chances of winning with representation please? (I've self represented on a number of occasions over the last 20+ years), my advice is, DON'T ASK A QUESTION YOU DON'T ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER TO & CAN PROVE 🧐

As a professional HGVPSV driver I am preparing to take Hermes/EVRI to Court for harassment at work..They have a policy of calling HGV driver's on their mobile phones to ask where they are?
Every vehicle is tracked so the real reason for the call is to cause driver's to speed ..drive over their hours in order to meet deadlines set by Amazon

    Very informative..fab video.
My cousin is a lawyer: Anthony Hurndall is or was director for the Centre for Justice. I've always been interested in the faculty of law, and how English law makes up the justice system of many countries. Many years ago I was offered a place to study business law,, but decided to take a totally different career path in life..construction!

Love this video - watching it five days before my four day hearing! Representing myself against a 'goliath'. I'll let you know if it helped after I win (got to keep confident!)

What if the judge is paid by and trained by the prosecution ? What if the judge is a panel of a lay member, legal rep and professional rep?
What if the judge is flirting with the prosecution? IE what if something funny is going on? How do we overturn Mali proceedings?

I was dismissed based on the reason of broke down relationship. Line manager organised everything since February 2021, I went to Tribunal on Feb 2021 after 4 years being bullied, grievance and complaints never answered. She used D Barnett's dismissed a employee by personality crack. She told all team leaders working with me, senior manager and HR the opposite of what I had done, created an untrue event a colleague shouted at me to make colleague against me then put in complaint that the impacts affected her whole team, making operations impossible. I have the discrimination case in the Tribunal, I made too many claims, and I wanted to have protected charater on race since it started on first day I work with her, but then went into age instead, althought many occasions were to add pressure to my injured shoulder at work. I need a solicitor/ barrister, living here alone really make me feel so helpless. I can afford to pay some money and willing to use any gains from Tribunal for the fees.

Get a Family Therapist involved 🙂 to analyse the family dynamics.
Prepare by getting to know the trial process really well. Get the children's views and the views of social workers if you can. ? CAFCASS?
      Good luck

      Yes do it.
Tribunals will almost always allow a cover recording to be played if it sheds light on the truth
